Cancellation of membership

It is an experience of Kafka. I want to cancel my membership and 'Cancel' - button went on the page where I control 'my plan '. The support is broken, no phone and no cat. It has been like this for a week now. And you continue to send me bills. I liked your product before, but now you´re serving as a company really not expensive. So help me to stop my subscription and Don t give me links to everything that doesn´t work.

After this experience I certainly don't reuse your product or recommend it. I m going to Avid now has 100%. They have a work support and you are able to communicate with them as adults...
