  IM installation driver for adapter, restart computer, insert the USB adapter, try connecting the Xbox 360 wireless adapter controller - nothing happens, adapter cannot see controller.   In your case the Qosmio must replace TV. This means that you can use on your Qosmio Video-IN ports only. Read s manuals to see which software component video ports plug-in Qosmio has and for that use a straight cable.

  Thank you for responding to my message asking for additional information. The only way I can see to connect your HP TouchSmart 520-1030 Desktop PC would be the use of a USB HDMI adapter. I am also including the IDT High Definition Audio Driver Update for your computer, the USB connection will not have the same sound quality and you want to make sure that you have up-to-date drivers to get the best sound, you can leave the connection.

  Before answer you with the usual stock answers, please listen to my story:
  1. I had originally a gamepad Xbox 360 official provided with official Microsoft wireless adapter to PC.  It works beautifully.
  2. I wanted to connect three controllers in addition to my PC so I ordered several PC off Amazon wireless adapters.

  4. I followed the instructions and others have posted to get my knockoff adapters to recognize controllers.
  5. However, there was a problem.  After having successfully obtained knockoff adapters to work, the original adapter did not work.
  6. I could get the original works again (can't remember how), but then wouldn't the imitations.  Looks like I might have one or the other.
  7. I am frustrated trying to get both to work while I have through imitations away and ordered three officials of Microsoft wireless adapter PC
  8. now, none of them will connect.  Not the official original adapter or new official adapters.
  9. I tried to reinstall the software.  Remove all software associated with the imitations.  All I could think about.
  10. I suspect that they do not work due to some residual software by imitations, but I can not understand how to fix it
