Cannot access Deskjet 3050 has with Hp Envy M4
I am trying to connect laptop Envy my daughter to a Deskjet 3050 x a M4. I downloaded the x recommended software from the HP driver software and when the software said installation was successful, I chose a recipe to print, but it does not print. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software and got the same result when you try to print another recipe. There is no other steps mentioned after successful installation. Are other measures, that I should have, as a reboot?
I'm still trying to get my daughter's hand. She seems to be dragging its feet in front of me. I'll get a hold of you about the success or failure of the you recommendation

One month there has been no problem with Deskjet 3050 a with Mac Book Pro. Now cannot print Pages. Have done all the troubleshooting recommended by HP. Printer's default; the supplies are good. The printer is idle. Have you tried both wireless (that worked before), and now with a usb connection. Have spent more hours trying to correct. Problem started with very slow printing - couple of lines, stops and then repeat until the page is done. Now does not print at all. Help.
I have a few suggestions that will work if everything goes well for the printing problem. Before attempting any software below, please make a copy or two out of the façade of printers to test the equipment. If the copies appear to work correctly, continue with the steps of software!

- Restart the Mac.
- Install the driver full features here: HP Deskjet full feature software and drivers - Mac OS X 10.6, OS X 10.7, OS X 10.8
Try to print from where ever you and also try printing of text editing. Let me know the results!

For the Deskjet 3050 J610- a complete software not available at this time.
As there is no comprehensive software available for Mountain Lion, you will need to set up a temporary ad hoc connection and then use the EWS printer to connect the printer to your router.
- Press the button on the control panel wireless to display the options menu on the screen of the printer wireless.
- Select on the screen of the printer's wireless settings, then Netowrk default settings.
- Under the same wireless and select Radio wireless and make sure to put it on.
- From your Mac, click the WiFi icon and then click on join another network.
- Click view networks, select the printer SSID, it will include 3050 or J610 in its name, then click on join.
- Allow 2-3 minutes to establish the connection.
- Open Safari and click on the favorite icon ().
- Hello-click and then click on the name of the printer, the EWS page appears.
- Enter the network tab.
- Less wireless (802.11) click Wireless Setup Wizard and then click Start the wizard and follow the steps on the screen to configure the wireless connection.
Note: If you must provide the type of security for your wireless network, you can click the WiFi icon, click Network Preferences and select the Wi - Fi network. Click Advanced, and you will find the type of security for your network in the Wi - Fi tab.

I have just a series of combat a HP Deskjet 3050 printer a J611 and wireless printing to work perfectly. However, for the last week or so is no more.
The printer is connected to the network, as the result of the wireless network test is proven and it is the same network that the laptop is connected to. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The wireless light is on and I can see the signal strength and the IP address. However, it still works.
I also I sent an email to the printer to see if it worked. Initially, I received an automated email saying my printer is not connected to the internet and then printing will be delayed. I didn't touch the printer after that, but about 6 hours later it started to print.
I also tried to connect the printer with a USB key and configure settings wireless via USB does not work either. The computer cannot find a printer connected to the network. There is no firewall blocking the application or the printer.

I doubt disturbed the other printer. Kaspersky can be a problem, but we're going to explore other things first.
We will set an IP address of the printer:
-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you do not know the range, change the last set of numbers (those after the last '.') 250
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway.
-Enter for the first DNS 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52 for second DNS.
-Click 'apply '.
Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.
After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

I just today inherited a second Deskjet 3050 J611 from a friend a hand. I'm setting up on my system and I have a problem with the alignment page printing.
My system is Windows 7 64 bit and I have connected the printer wireless to my network. The thought I want to calibrate the printer I ran the alignment, but go looking at the alignment of the mine of the internet pages is decidedly not just. Some lines seem to be missing and the illustration at the end of printing is 'lines' with blank lines. Therefore, the analysis of the alignment fails. I also printed the windows test page and that seems doubtful too with the lines of print with the tops? cut, but some lines are intact. I've included a scan of the print-out of alignment if it helps to diagnose my problem. At least the scannner works!. I can print from my Ipad 3 even if the quality is not good and the same thing with Windows printing, I hope that if I can make the alignment that the seeds will disappear.
I changed ink for new trucks and installed the latest drivers and software from the HP site.
Please help if you can.
In General, this kind of question is cleared up by the replacement of the ink cartridges. Especially with Deskjets and more with have received you second hand, the chances of the cartridge/print head (they are combined) being empty or clogged is very likey.
