  The location is ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common to be exact.

  Make sure that you type the TILDE (~) key.

  When in the Finder, click the go > go to folder... > Type ~/Library and navigate to Application Support/Adobe/Common

  Today I tried to close Illustrator and re-boot the computer. It did not help. I went on a second computer video/graphics/animation and open Illustrator here.   You have discovered a problem with Windows 7. To resolve this problem, I recommend a program called FileMenu Tools. You can download the portable freeware from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

  After having downloaded and installed the program, you will notice that, by default, each option is checked. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long! When the main window opens, you will see a list on the right side of all the elements that can be added to the context menu. Start weeding through the list and every one to take away, you don't need the United Nationsby checking the box.

  Once you have completed your selection (de-selections) make sure that you click the green check mark in the row of icons at the top of the left window of the interface to 'Apply' of your choice. The program can do much more, but that answers your specific question. I am told that the program has a good help file, so try here if you are interested.

• So, apparently, I got today another update for thunderbird. Now NONE of my emails will download. Never had this problem before.

  After going all day, I come home to see a new version of Thunderbird is in place, on 28 August. My phone tells me I've got 9 emails waiting for me, but I'm not one of them to download on my computer. Never happened before. Everything else seems to work. I sent an email... don't know if it was successful.

  If the Internet in your entire House crashes because you have started a program, wouldn't you say that the program is the cause? That would be my first guess. You have 2 pair patch activated for World of Warcraft? This can cause some modems and routers to crash because of the number of sudden connections, it must manage. Any torrent application is the same way. Try to disable in the patch and see what happens. I really doubt that Win 7 * only * is causing your whole House to lose internet.

  Is attached a screenshot of the error. I also use MUSE to teach a web design class, and we have the same question in class. Not a very good example to show the students when it does not work as it is supposed to.

  2. go into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and Sign Out through preferences (in the menu on the gear icon).

  3. exit the creative cloud.
