  If I try to add an account, with Messages, the window simply disappears after you click Sign In and no new account appears in the list of Auditors.   I found the answer on a long search of these forums...

  I had this problem because the computer name was the same as the name of my child's account. I changed the name of the computer to another one of his account on the computer and I was able to successfully activate Parental controls through parental controls on the computer.

  That left me speechless for a long time, but I think I just found a workaround that is may be what many of you who support companies can search for.

  End users as admins have them is a complete no, no.  I can't have that, it is unacceptable.  It dawned on me that if I had to turn an ordinary windows app, perhaps I could temporarily raise so that the app can run and perform it requires registry settings.  I did some research and found that you can run the command prompt mail application.  I intend to make a race package once I deploy to my end users that I want to set up this app that launches the application as a local administrator, let's configure them it, accept the screen of "Enforcing policy" and get synchronization started.  Once the installation program, they have more need the application to run as the local administrator.  However, I did a lot of tests and I found that I needed to 'Allow no devices configurable' active too.

  Here's the command line on the mail application starts.  Test launch invite command as a local administrator of a standard user account and type:

  Script by far you want!  It is not ideal, but it will do.  Do not forget the colon after Microsoft mail.  It is necessary.

  I have an iPhone installed 6 9.3.2. I tried to add my work Exchange account to the native application and the Outlook application and will not work.   I saw a few times at my work. Cause is more than likely the local rather than on iPhone, mail server because it does not work in the Mail as Outlook App application.

  It could be that the settings on the e-mail server does not have Activesync devices – might be useful to check with HER to see if they enabled that.

  An exchange account has been created on a private server for my use. How do I enter it with thunderbird? I tried to use the tools-> account settings-> account-> actions add the path of e-mail account, but it does not indicate that it is an exchange account account, not an imap or pop3.

  I suspect that Thunderbird cannot connect to an Exchange Server using Microsoft protocols. I guess that there are reasons related to the patents that the function is not present in.

  Some Exchange servers are configured to allow IMAP access, but if you were not provided details of the IMAP, then perhaps it is not available to you.

  Or you can use the Mail on Windows 8.1 application, although it seems a bit simplistic compared to a traditional e-mail client.

  You need to store or retrieve the password, you can't turn it off unless you do.

  Cannot receive emails through my Outlook Express 6 account all of a sudden.  I can send messages but not receive. I removed all mail rules and blocked senders and I still cannot receive anything.  I tested it by sending a mail to it through different accounts (gmail, yahoo) so I know that there must be some messages.  I also had people reply to my email that I send to what they do, but I don't get their answers.  I have 2 computers in place, using Windows XP and the other is Windows Vista.  I've never had a problem until now. Any help?

  My server contacted me and told me to check my spam using their webmail account, because it was full.  It seems that when I used the rules of the mail I had clicked on delete from the server, just "do not download".  My spam folder was so full that I couldn't receive. Thanks for all your advice!  Mark as resolved.
