  I want to insert a couple of video files taken on an iPhone - MOV format. I want to use them as video synchronized so that I can use text and voice more with the video through a number of slides.   You can use Adobe Media Encoder supplied with Captivate to convert MOV to MP4 file.

  I'm afraid you can't. Almost every DVD on the market contain programming to avoid to copy you, for obvious reasons, and it opposes copy into iTunes. When you buy a DVD you do not buy a license outright to do what you like with the content: you buy the right to read this DVD on your own player and television (and not in front of an audience or an oil drilling etc etc) - you do not buy the right to make all the copies at all for some reason any. Legally, it would be real audio CD, it's just that they are old technology (1982) and at that time, there was no possibility of anyone copying digitally in all cases.

Can I play music from any folder using iTunes, without copying in the iTunes folder?   I see that you have saved some iTunes movies before moving on to a new computer, and you want to import into your new computer.  All you have to do in this case is simply add the files to your iTunes library by following the instructions below.  Once you import the file, you should see the symbol of download of clouds disappear from this film.

  • In iTunes, choose file > add to library, search for a file or folder, and then click Open.

  Try the following steps:

  • Go to: settings > iCloud - at the bottom of the screen, disconnect.
  • Go to: settings > Touch ID & password - password turn off.
  • Reboot your iPad.

  The movies you buy on DVD are encrypted to prevent you from doing this.

  d. scroll down the list of programs currently installed on your hard drive. Click on the entry "iTunes" and then click on the button 'delete '. Click 'Yes' when prompted to confirm the decision.

  e. click 'No' If a window appears prompting you to restart Windows XP. Look for the entry 'iPod Updater' in the list of programs.

  f. click on the entry and then follow the same procedure to remove the program. Restart the computer.

• LaserJet 3390 "cannot add... because it is full.

  We have a LaserJet 3390 AIO printer in our office.  We ran the software on an older dedicated machine of WinXP and we have recently upgraded to W7.  We installed the latest v4 of the printer software that supports Vista and had everythign working for most.  We have well is when we try to push the elements option "scan to".  We used to use it all the time and we could pass changes back all the time.

  Now, however, when we choose and point and try to move above we get this error even if there is no jobs on the printer.

  "Cannot add requested destinations for the all-in-one because it's full."

  We get this error on the network and overUSB to the device.  I also went and haven't tried deactivating and reactivating then the featurewith no luck either.

  I think I've solved my problem.  I came across the "HP LaserJet problem Scan Utility" located in the area of Windows XP and gave it a try under Windows 7.  This fixed the problem I had that I reported.

  You have placed your beam to insert at the end of your text on page 13 and then apply Insert menu: Page Break? In the v5.6.2, Pages I just add a new page to a section of four pages to this approach.
