  3. What is the exact error that appears when you try to start?
  4. at what point of the installation you get the error message?

  After upgrading to windows 7 Home premium 64 bit vista family premium 64-bit, I expected to be able to connect my EPSON Stylus D68 printer on my laptop and leave immediately.
