  Can I use Vista Media Center to record only TV etc...
  Recently I had to use a configuration of Comcast Digital adapter carrier (DC50X) in order to get access to the channels.

  It looks like, it uses IR (due to the extra step of IR with the configuration box).

  If you have a WMC working with the DC50X, what is your Setup, what version of the distance, whats is your hardware configuration?

  My tuner (Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500) can see the image, the sound is fine.

  Any help would be much appreciated.

  1. I'm not creat tv guide. The Turks all satalitte channels (echostar) do not come to the media center. For example come to Dutch and Turkish channels.

  2 - Media Center cannot change channels.
  For example, I watch live TV from the pc. But I can't change pc. I need to change television.

  3 - I watch TV Live PC, and another side open to television. But the pc is not at the same time. PC TV Live comes after television...

  The most important think that I don't have internet connection home now... Because I can learn something, but tweaks wants internet connection...

  If you look at satellite channels on your Qosmio, it makes sense that you can not change channels using MCE. The signal must be captured by the receiver and that the whole of the laptop. In this case, you will have one channel and it must be changed by the remote control receiver sat.

  As far as I know that the TV doesn't have to be at the same time. The output cable must be connected directly to the unit and you don t need TV at all. In my opinion the best solution is to use composites in the port. On this path the two signals (picture and sound) will be received by a single cable.

  On this path that I connected my VHS recorder for the Qosmio and watching movies has been successfully. In this case the MCE scanned just a channel too.

  I have a question about Wi-Fi 5 GHz with my Z30.

  In my family, I use Asus RT-AC68U router for internet with wired and Wireless.

  My other devices like IPad 2, office (use of adapter wlan Intel AC-7260) works well without any problem in any wifi 5 GHz channels but my Z30 is only can detect and connect wifi 5 GHz network when the channel is 36 ~ range 48 and 149, Z30 cannot detect wifi 5 GHz network at all so I can't connect it.

  Is there any method I can do my Z30 connect wifi 5 GHz using 149 and above channels?

  Moreover, I was wanted for this and I saw advice wifi knotty too, but he didn't give advice for this problem...

  I don't think that the problem is related to a beginner linux user, it's a problem triggered by a specific hardware configuration.

  If you look at your log file again, there is an error just before the vmware process attempts to core dump. The dump is a reaction to the problem.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!  I understand that you want to change the BIOS language on your system in current Dutch English.  I'm happy to help you with this.

  Was the Dutch language that the BIOS was set to out of the box or he later changed in Dutch?

  If original default systems was English, you can try to look at the motherboard of your system guide. HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - specifications of the motherboard, Thimphu. At the bottom of the page is an indicator for the riders for the BIOS and CMOS password. If your default language was English, you can use the jumper to clear the current CMOS settings, including language.

  Hmm, that doesn't sound as parameters or associated software behavior TV.
  Of my knowledge it of possible to set the time (timer) to close the TV turns off automatically (for sure the power) but I don t think that your problem may be linked to this setting.

  Your laptop was purchased in Spain, and therefore the Vista operating system is also in the Spanish language.
  You cannot change it to English without buying a new drive for Microsoft Vista in English.
