When I was drawing a look of anime that I wanted a spot on the eye where it would be lighter than the other I filled the eyebrows and eyelashes and then I drew a line with the line tool to separate where different colors would be that I have fulfilled the darker the eye part then when I try to fill in the other , nothing happening please help I have never been able to understand it!

When you use the paint bucket tool it must be a setting called "Gap size" you can set it to small, medium and large gaps. If you have configured do not fill any gaps it fills the area if there is any discrepancy between your lines

I have a Dell PC with Vista Home Premium. Until recently, when the operating system had to be reloaded, I watched decoder of live TV on Media Center for the past two years, using a Directv. I have tried to re install the TV, but cannot complete the process, as my Directv remotes are not recognized. The signal is fine (as of the previous steps shows the appropriate image and the signal, but the installation process cannot be performed due to the problem of distance not recognized. (The remote functions of the Directv box very well). How can I find use of the tv, Setup finish signal?

When you press the F8 key and access the Safe Mode start screen, use the arrow keyboard keys to select "Safe Mode with networking" and press the Enter"" key. A list of startup items you will see on the screen, but after all that, you will get a normal login screen (except the screen may seem bigger than normal and 'Safe Mode' can appear in the corners of the screen. At this point, log in as any user with administrator privileges. After successfully login, you should be able to right click on a folder or file and select "Properties". When the Properties screen, you should have a 'Security' tab at the top.
Another approach is to use the command line command "cacls" to a normal startup that will show and allow you to set permissions on files and folders. (Start-> Run-> "cmd") and then you can use the cacls command. The Calc command syntax can be found here:

or you can type: cacls /?
"Cacls" allows to screw things easily and quite bad so if you can switch to the tab 'Security', which is the way to go.

Long 'check for updates...' crashes and slow window updates are a currently a problem common to many users of Vista SP2 - please see the workaround suggested, I posted yesterday over BluesBlaster WINDOWS VISTA 32-BIT updates.

Hi, I have a Packard Bell with Windows Vista laptop
The graphics card on the laptop no longer works. The stops of the laptop to a black screen when loading windows, but worked perfectly in safe mode.
