First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.
From the Mail menu bar, you select
▹ Connection Doctor window
In the window that opens, look for an SMTP (outgoing mail) account with a name that corresponds to the account that you are trying to add. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. Click the sign button less to remove the corresponding one, and then click OK.
Try to add the email account again. If you still can not, log off or restart the computer, and then open the preferences window accounts Internet and check if the account is displayed.

Tried to access the Forums of Support of Mozilla for Firefox Desktop Support, I've used several times. He cannot accept that my user name and password, claiming that they were incorrect. Can someone please help me access my original account with my login and my original password? If a password reset is necessary, then I should not receive an email response telling me that my account is already activated (see below). If it is checked, then why can't connect? What is going on? Please help me. Thank you.

So, I have a HP PAVILION DV9000 initially delivered with Vista Home Premium that I upgraded to Professional 7 back in 2010.
I bought the key $39.99, while my PC was still on 7 Pro, but it would just not download on it saying 'download failed. "Unspecified error", so I just picked up the laptop to factory default which is Vista now.
But now the performance of the installation of mswos.com after filing my sound details giving the error of the object. Kindly guide on how to proceed.
I imagine that this is happening because the software was bought for 7 Pro PC and now it is being downloaded on a Vista PC, so it is not allow to happen.
Is it possible to return this order & buy a new key or another work around that.
