  After a whole day troubleshooting, the following fix worked for me. Had to start by using a windows installation disc 7 to access command prompt and remove the package "KB3097877". Still called Microsoft, which offered to help "intensify" my problem if I paid $150 for a subscription.

Now by tapping on the title just changes the display of the album. What can I do? I would be very unfortunate if I could rate is no longer my music while listening to it on the IPad.
