So I tried different collaborative Internet: as to reinstall Skype, 'Fixing' reg. and others think.
(Well, if it does not, it will reinstall windows)

6.21 of Skype. 32.104 is the so-called business version, and in this version, all the features of Facebook are disabled.

If your girlfriend wants to use Skype with Facebook, she need to uninstall the 6.21.32.104 version and install the 6.21 ordinary. 0version.104.

  • Ad Hoc network. even if the network is active and is connected to the internet my devices cannot connect and then the network shuts down.

I'm living in a college dorm and only have access to the internet via a hard line to my computer. So I wanted to give my other accessibility of consumer electronics set up an Ad-Hoc network and share the internet connection. When I originally set up the network it works fine, but after the devices go to sleep or I leave the room it stops working. I had problems to keep the internet connection to share continually, which I fixed it. I then had a DHCP problem with the hard line that has been resolved through troubleshooting function. Now, even if the network is active and is connected to the internet my devices cannot connect and then the network shuts down.

Is there a way to create an Ad Hoc network that works similar to a wireless router, so when my computer is turned, it works automatically? If so, how can I make this happen without these problems?

    Hello

I suggest to activate temporarily the antivirus as well as windows firewall and check if it helps.

Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Disable the anti-virus software

Since this morning, when trying to connect to Skype by using my Microsoft account, I got a message that the Internet is a little sleepy and I have to try again later. It's using the desktop on Windows 8.1 version. However, I can use my Skype ID and I am able to use the account of MS on Skype on Android. I could also open a session using the Win 8 application using my account, Ms.

I tried the option to completely uninstall Skype (including enforcement Win 8) as suggested elsewhere on the forums of discussion, but the problem persists.

    It's incredibly frustrating!

Please give me an alternative or tips on how to get rid of this problem.

  • Cannot connect to Skype with my Skype name

When I try to open Skype after the last update, I get in a loop hell 'Sign in with your Microsoft account '. I do not have a Microsoft account, I don't WANT a Microsoft account and the alleged reason: to synchronize all my devices, is not important for me, because I have only one device, my laptop. Before I could go to a screen where I could enter my Skype name and password on connection. Now, I get in a series of account set up messages I can find no way of. I can not even full logging by setting up and account, because I don't have a phone, and Microsoft requires that a phone number "for security reasons" is still possible for me over Skype? If so, HOW?

This screen has nothing to do with the desktop version of Skype for Windows. Most likely, you are still trying to start mobility modern (metro) Skype app for Windows 8/8.1

Open this folder on your computer:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Skype\Phone\

You should see there Skype.exe file (icon Skype). Double-click on this file. What happens now?

  • 'Skype cannot connect' on Windows 10, Skype 6.2

    Hey there!

I always use 6.2 and refusing to upgrade and it has always worked well, no matter what I did. It was all just 'good '. Today however it upgraded to 7. something without my consent. Immediately, I uninstalled and reinstalled 6.2. As he finished installing it I logged into my usual account, with all my friendslist be there. Suddenly it start my account and says 'Skype cannot connect' (Yes, of course, I saw how it could not connect...).

Now to my actual question: is there a known way to always keep my old version and connect? To be honest, I stopped rather using Skype as a whole rather than updating to 7.Bloatware' only Adds * beep * (also suck some avatars round).

6.14 Skype versions are now disconnected and will not be able to connect to the servers of Skype.

  • Skype cannot connect problem

Ahhhh. Now how the hell I guess than that?

I discovered by chance after the update my version of Skype 3 times, including recognizing the "this version will replace the older version on your computer", he has done far not at all! When I finally thought to check the version after opening I thought it was the updated version, it was still the old version numbers... I had to drag the Skype Application to the trash icon and "empty trash" to delete the old version completely. Then, when I downloaded the app even for the fourth time, he has worked very well and I managed to connect on the first try. Clear Skype should let people know, but apparently they did NOT! Hope this helps some of you with similar problems.
