Cannot connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
Last week I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop (Dutch version). I had the icon creative cloud on my desktop (Windows 7 laptop). He asks me to log in, but after completing my ID and password it says I am offline! The only option is to change my password, I did. It does not help.
My ID and password are correct! Now I can't update my Adobe CC software. If the application does not work correctly. What can I do? Help, please!
Either way, I can connect to my account on the website of the CC.

It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed
Here's what we did:
Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)
Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.
Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
This will fix the problem.

How to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 applications silently

I am unable to run a silent uninstallation of Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 2014 CC InDesign and Photoshop CC 2014. I use PDapp.exe but it forces the uninstallation of windows pop up, is there a way to uninstall silently a applications Adobe Creative Cloud 2014?
An example of my Illustrator CC 2014 chain is as follows:
"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common" - appletID = "DWA_UI" - appletVersion = "2.0" - mode = 'Uninstall' - mediaSignature = "{2B4B4082-8043-4646-8334-B0A29E641211}".

Desktop application Adobe creative cloud cannot be uninstalled in silence if it was installed individually on the web. You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package. You can uninstall the application in silent mode in this way and you can use the command msiexec /x "package.msi file name" /qn.

I recently formatet my pc... When I reinstalled Adobe Creative cloud to return to Lightroom and Photoshop.
The cloud App is installed and so is Lightroom and Photoshop. But I can´t update. The cloud App keeps telling me that he can´t to connect to the servers and I should check the firewall... Here's the funny part... It has access through the firewall and my anti-virus as well.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 - 3 times just to be sure... What can I do to get the app to connect?

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application; proxy password

We have a few problems with the implementation of Adobe Creative Cloud. Our Department has a VIP on Adobe portal in which we can provide our users with 'seats'.
We have recently added a CC of InDesign user. The user has already have the app downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud!, but is invited to fill in the Proxy password (Windows).
We tried to use our references and users, but it did not help. Also, we tried to delete the file opm.db from the computer and re - open the desktop app does not work either.
Cat Adobe support did not help either.
Can someone please help us to resolve this, so we can install the product for the user?

Unable to connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud Server
When I try to open my creative cloud, I get a message saying:
Impossible to reach on the Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes.
I clicked on the retry button for 30-40 minutes without success.
I disabled my firewall and I tried, but the same message.
I tried again the next day without change.
How can I fix the problem?

Cannot open Acrobat DC in creative cloud desktop application
Acrobat DC is listed as an application installed on the application desktop creative cloud, but instead of having an "Open" button appears, ago just 'to day' poster in its place, and the application does not open. And pointing to the "gear" icon shows "unavailable uninstall." This laptop is running Win 8.1. All my CC apps work correctly on my Win 7 PC to office, but not this laptop. In desperation, I use a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but I prefer using CC app that I pay for my subscription. Any suggestions?
Thank you once again, to try to help. Had to call Adobe and spend a few hours on the help line. Problem was two-fold: 1) my Webroot security software CCleaner have been set such as CC Office updates have been blocked. (2) many files, folders, and registry keys remained old Acrobat installation and were not deleted by the cleanup of Acrobat tool; they had to be found and remove it manually. What a pain! In any case, I'm now back operational.

I can't install the update of the cc (win 8.1) desktop application. There is no link and no code error or message that helps to understand the problems or the search for a solution. It was just a warning message on the fact of failure and close the window. I now have the problem for a while. The mac OS 10.9 version works OK. Tips for that one?
