  Hello, Barnetta, normally these problems are caused by a security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

  The manual I received did not mention that Hello or any other protocol has been used to connect to computers. You're certainly right about this Protocol, I chose, although he wasn't the first. I chose it only when I'm not as an option in the Detection tab and IPP has been unsuccessful. My router is a Netgear WGT624v2. I have had problems with AirPrint too and someone suggested to use ad - hoc to isolate the problem, which helped. Thus, it seems that the router can be a problem here too.
