  By default, the built-in VIP mailbox only checks emails from VIP which are currently in the Inbox, not in other boxes to letters or records either locally on the server. If you have e-mail set up a rule to move emails from specific VIPs in their own folders (or are moving them manually), it is probably why you don't see them in the VIP mailbox and why they reappear when you your choice in the Inbox.

  See the 'All the mailboxes' option "Sort by Date", you must select the individual mailbox the VIP under "VIP".  If your VIP example is 'Joe', select the 'Joe' mailbox then you will see the option "all the mailboxes.

  If you don't want not organized these emails in separate folders and view them all in a folder of VIP, however, there is a fairly simple solution. As mentioned in the article above, the integrated VIP mailbox is simply a mailbox smart who is set to pick up the mail of VIPs in your Inbox.   Windows Live Messenger is an independent product supported by the Portal of Messenger to Windows Live Support Center.   FWIW, I would try to find an icon for it in the Notification bar to the taskbar, which do a right-click and choose Exit before you shut down your computer to avoid this symptom.

  Hmmm... OK... then try to delete the account (test with only one) and then add it back in. Go ahead and let the Wizard (email address and a password) if she can handle.

  You did not mention what e-mail program you use. These instructions will help you with Outlook Express.

  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox if you can and move the messages you want to record off deleted items, and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the Deleted Items.dbx and Sent Items.dbx files and delete them. New files will be created automatically when you open OE.

  Compact all folders as described below.

  To avoid this in the future:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.
