• Cannot download addons

  I can't download addons at all. Whenever I enter a query to search for any that I know not to exist, it takes a long time (say, minutes) afterwards, I get the message "can't find penpals of Add-ons.

  After the "CP1520_Series_FW_Update - 20110329.dmg" file is downloaded, it contains no files in the disk image.  Therefore, cannot proceed with the update of the firmware.

  Thanks for the heads up.  The dmg is recharged on the server.  The whole process could take a day or two.

  So, basically, I've upgraded to windows 10. Everything works great, except firefox. When I loaded the first Win10 I was unable to access the settings of firefox at all.   in case you're an avast user, please try to disable https scanning in avast:

  1. Open the Avast dashboard on an affected system.
  2. Select settings in the left side menu.
  3. Adopt a Protection Active.
  4. Click on customize next to the Web Shield.

  Is downloading fault or any installation after the download?

  What browser do you use?  Try to clean your temporary Internet files, Cookies, and browsing history.  If it's IE try temporarily disabling Protected Mode.  Take a look at IE / Tools / Internet Options / Security / Protected Mode.  Quit and restart IE.

  See if you can get the download (manually) on another machine and and copy it to your machine.

  You use a download manager that you can stop using to test with.

  You can check in in "Safe Mode with network.
