Then it shows that the new versions are available for download just aif I had never tried to do it in the first place.

  I just bought a MBP of 2013 (MacBookPro) renovated with OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) and want to update my Safari (version 7.0.5) the latest version of Safari.   You cannot run the last Safari on Mac OS 10.9.

  It requires the latest Mac OS (10.11)

  You can create a new partition and install the latest OS above and use it.

  Then the Mavericks partition boot when you want to use Adobe Creative Suite.

  It is possible that the Flash Player files detected in your second screenshot are in a certain place that uninstall is not updated on delete. Follow these steps:
