I tried my Sony Ereader and it downloaded correctly.  Finally, I uninstalled Overdrive, reinstalled, authorized Adobe, only to be told that I had too much affected accounts.  Deleted one tablet of my husband, tried again, wouldn't let me.  Got a NEW Adobe account and password, and it will not let me still.  Now it says that the account is in use?  I just created, then how could it be 'in service '?  Help!

  Hi, thanks for all your advice. I found the answer - I had to disable my device and then turn it back on. It was not easy because my e-reader, Overdrive Media has no procedure for this. I searched the forums and came up with the following:-a method to disable the Kobo reader. I tried this and it worked. Also found another method to the Aldiko reader software - but this has not worked for me but it may help someone else

  I got this problem sorted and it actually very easy. For some reason, the settings on the page of windows that I use on my laptop in contradiction with the text of presentation/lightroom download. All you have to do is to set up a new page of the windows user and configure it as an administrator. You will need to transfer all the photos of the lightroom on your current user page to the new, which can be annoying, but at least you will have hopefully in service yet. I hope this helps.
