Cannot find com.apple.iMovieApp.plist - iMovie keep crashing

You left out the most important part of the journal of the accident, where it says the error message and number version of iMovie. Could you add the first lines of the log of the accident?
To remove the .plist file try iMovie while pressing the key combination command at the launch of iMovie. Keep the two keys ⌥⌘ firmly hold until you see the prompt to delete the preferences file. Click on "delete preferences".

Whenever I restart my computer, I get a window of editing text with "com.apple.getty.plist" as the header and the following text in the body. In addition, Adobe Acrobat Reader opens and has a giant exclamation point image. Anyone know why or what I can do to stop it?

One of your login items may be responsible. Please select the login items tab in the users pane and groups of system preferences. Remove all items that you do not recognize. If you don't know which ones to delete, double-click on each to test.

Missing com.apple.Safari.plist
I have a problem in this Version of Safari 9.0.3 (11601.4.4) - I can't type a search or url in the address bar URL Safari. Can see the cursor, but it did not allow me to type in the box.
SE to move/reset the com.apple.Safari.plist and I am unable to find in Library/preferences.
This on a 2011 of Macbook Air. El Capitan, 10.11.3 version (15 d 21). Update for this.
This seems to have been just after the update this morning (for me) of Mac OS X.

The Safari plist is in ˜/Library/Preferences not in Preferences

com.apple.Bluetooth.plist deleted
I have a macbook pro with OS X El Capitan. My bluetooth stopped working and I tried one of several ideas on the internet. I deleted the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist file and then cleaned out my trash, so now it has completely disappeared from my laptop. Can I download it from apple and hopefully solve my problem. I can't use my mouse and Miss.

It may be a false positive. If your normal upgrade process applies the new OS X on top of the previous version, it might be an OS x version which has not signed things and you're just carrying forward.

I installed Adobe CS5 Design Premium a few days ago.
Dreamweaver has worked perfectly.
Today, I installed Acrobat 9 Pro, and since then, whenever I open Dreamweaver CS5, I have these messages:
"Unable to find com.htm in the Configuration/Floaters folder. Will not be shown Floater"(something like that, in French).
Do you want to know what I could do to fix this?

The float will not be shown message is usually caused by Dreamweaver is not correctly recognizing that a floating panel has been uninstalled. Not sure how Actobat Pro is involved in this, but trying to correct this problem, follow these steps:
Window-> updates in workspace-> Reset {workspace name}

iMovie keeps crashing when opening
whenever I try to open iMovie it shows the iMovie unexpectedly Quit message... version of iMovie is 10.1.2
I have mac os X 10.11.6
The details of the error, I see:

What I did:
1 restart my mac - no luck
2 clear iMovie and settled again in the section purchase from the app store - no luck
Try to open iMovie by holding down the option key. This will enable iMovie to open without having to open a library. Create a new library and see if it works. Another option to try is to open iMovie Now command and option times keys and selecting Preferences delete. I would try in order to see if the problem is resolved.

HP OfficeJet L7780 802.11 g - why it cannot find my Apple Airport Extreme?
I bought a HP officeJet L77380 all-in-one printer/fax, etc. It is designated in 802.11 g I turned the radio network / wireless 'on '. When I choose Network/Wireless Wizard I get a rotating cursor and the message «Search» router wireless... "and he never finds anything. "I chose my Airport Extreme Radio Mode Setup: 802.11n (802. 11 b / g compatible). It still does not work. Help! And a Happy New Year in this Discussion Forum.
I downloaded and reinstalled the current driver. It works fine when it is connected to the Airport Extreme, even via an ethernet cable. I posted this to the talk of HP and they told me to contact the Apple Support! (this shows how useless this company may be!). I also spent an hour on the phone with HP support and it turns out that they put me thro' for their expert XP and there weren't available Mac technicians. Well - it's Saturday night!

BTW - I run a 802.11n Airport Extreme wireless router at home and my HP wireless printers work fine.
I would like to see the report of internal connectivity of the printer. Press the < configuration > and <># keys simultaneously. Analyze the report on a memory card, copy it to your PC and post the image here.
The connectivity report will give me details about your wireless network and the networks in the region.
Also, what other wireless devices you have connected to your network?

Cannot find the fade button on imovie 10.1.2
I am trying to edit audio from a movie that I have a number of different clips - in a previous version of imovie, I could clearly edit the clip and choose the amount of time I wanted a clip to fail to make a good transition in the next video and not just abruptly stopping a song to start a new song. In Imovie 10.1.2 it says to place the pointer on the audio clip in the timeline to drag the gradient bar to choose where start fade out - I did it several times and I have not seen the gray fade bar that displays the section help - I tried to edit the clip and all I managed to do so is less than the volume of a section of the element that appears suddenly as well. How am I able to just melted out of a song?

Time line, when you place the cursor on an audio clip little "handles" should appear on the right and left of the clip edges. By dragging the handles toward the Center causes a fade in or fade. To display the handles, you need to have 'waveforms show' selected in the dialog box that appears when you click the button settings in the middle right on your screen.

These files are still in the trash? If for open trash, right-click on the files and select back up. If you empty the trash, you can try to re-setup of logic.

My Apple TV seems to keep crashing everytime that Netflix is worn out - I know not what to do?
Whenever Apple TV serves to Netflix, it crashes and turns off completely. The light goes out on the box and the only way to try to get it working again is to turn off everything completely and start again! Even then, sometimes it doesn't work and it remains off completely.

Mail application cannot find the user/Library/Mail folder

Recently my laptop crashed and I had to reinstall first OSX 10.5.8, so I've updated to 10.6.8 and now I have the latest version of El Capitan.
In the first two versions relocated I could normally restart Mail with my backup files restored (had to reinstall all the good e-mail accounts), but now I want to open the mail application in El Capitan and it won't open, saying that it does not find a user/Library/Mail folder. But it IS a Mail folder and there all the restored items and folders inside.
I also find the file com.apple.mail.plist in my preferences, I thought that maybe that was the problem, but it seems that it is not.
Can anyone help please?
If the folder you want is "user/Library/Mail" then the folder in fact does not exist. Try instead "~/Library/Mail.
