  They have simplified the menu system, once again in 2015 from CC. There is no option of media under Insert, which is where your extension tries to install. Because the location does not exist, it cannot install. You will need to return to the CC 2014 or wait for the developer of the extension to change the extension for CC 2015 in order to use it.

  Sounds like you're using DW CC (13) no CS6 (12).   They insert panels menus.  APdivs have been removed from CC because they do not work well in the layout modern and responsive.

  I noticed that my open tabs does not automatically synchronize as it does when I move desktop to my Android device. Example scenario to better explain this:

  I'm on my desktop Firefox with several tabs open. Can I retrieve my Android (4.2 Jelly Bean) device and open Firefox Android and I'll open new tab and chose the 'Sync' menu, unfortunately tabs it shows from my device of office are not aware at all.

  CTR extension makes Firefox customizable menu button 3 bar, so you can drag this button in the palette to customize to remove it from the Navigation toolbar.

  Reload and stop probably combine only if you set the two buttons in the correct order (reload - Stop and non-Stop - Reload)

  As you have seen, Firefox for Android should adjust automatically depending on whether you have a physical button menu. On devices with a physical button (e.g. Galaxy S3) is not on the menu display button. On devices without physical (e.g. Nexus 4) button on the screen button is displayed.

  Kindle Fire is not a supported device (even on the stock rom) so I guess there's an oddity on this device or your rom that is causing the problem.

  I tried to find a way to force Firefox to display the button, even when he thinks he has a physical button available. My guess is that there should be a setting in all: config somewhere but I have been unable to find it or any reference to people trying to do the same thing online.
