  Updated to 10 MS today and my photoshop CS 6 requires the reactivation of use it. It automatically tries to get the activation code by going online, but it stops and says unable to connect at this time, "calling support '; but cannot get Adobe by phone and this phone says trail finally this product only is not supported by phone.  To start it requires an activation code and go online to get a response code requires a request for code I do not have. What is the next step? I just want to be back up and working. Thanks for any help.

• Cannot cancel Adobe Stock?

  I signed up for the trial of Adobe Stock and uploaded a few photos. In the meantime, I've been incredibly busy with work and family issues. I forgot the trial and began to get it charged (and have had four months now). 'No problem', I thought. "I will simply cancel the membership now that I had time to deal with him." When I go to to cancel, I am obliged to contact support on this subject. Odd. I'm now being told I can't cancel, and if I want to, there is a cancellation fees of $131. WHAT! I had to pay $ 33 per month for four months, only uploaded a few photos and I can't cancel the membership? What about Adobe? A quick search shows tons of people having the same problem. Paid for cloud creative since it was first announced and bought all versions of Creative Suite since CS2.

  It is exasperating to talk to a service via chat agent. Don't even bother. You'll end up with the same offer, they give you if you try to cancel yourself, free to stay a few months and a massive headache. It's really only postpone the burden.

• I am an existing Member of creative cloud, how do I get Adobe Stock for the reduction announced $ 29.99 per month?

  When I am not connected to my account Adobe CC and I discovered this page (Adobe Stock - high quality royalty free galleries of photos and vectors |) Adobe Stock) I see an option for grouping Adobe Stock with my existing subscription to creative cloud.   As you have an account of the CC teams you can add the Stock via the administration Console license - manage your membership and your payment. Adobe Stock -see the section "upgrade your membership to cloud creative to include Adobe Stock membership > if you already have a creative cloud to the membership of the teams.

• Cannot get Adobe Creative Cloud Packager to initialize

  Creative cloud Packer seems to install, but when it tries to initialize once the connection I get the "Oops!" something has gone wrong"message. I was told by the provider to delete and remove the OOBE username/AppData/Local/Adobe folder to the recycling bin. Got the same results.  I am on an Intel-based PC Windows 7. Currently I have installed CC2014 desktop applications and strives to upgrade to CC2015 applications.

  I recently installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on my new computer and get an error message every time I try to print to PDF in any program.  I'm sure I've had this happen the last time I changed computers and to install a patch.  Anyone know where I can get it?

  It's easy... use a witch of BONE has been supported with Acrobat 7 like Windows XP... try Windows 7 or buy a new license of XI Acrobat or subscription if you want to continue to work with Acrobat.

  I followed some advice from edinbob (sorry if I spelled it wrong), but nothing works. I'm a little computer illiterate... Please take pity, and have patience if you have taken the time to read this.

  I see no videos on youtube since the update to adobe, trying to install version 10, and a virus warning all as captured AVG (don't know if that has something to do with it)

  I removed Mcaffee with solvent and uninstalled something else Mcaffe section delete.

  I temporarily turned off AVG and the firewall of Windows while painful to install it.

  Before doing anything to your topic, I want to assure you that your system is clean. Go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the free Version on your desktop. If it is not updated automatically, then click on update on their toolbar and the update. When it's over, then disable AVG:

  Open the AVG User Interface. (Right click to open)
  Double-click the resident shield.
  Uncheck the active resident shield.

  Save the changes.

  Now run a Scan with MBAM (malwarebytes) and follow all the instructions, if they are malware.

  When it's over, you can Re-enabled moy.

  I'll check on tune as soon as I can, running behind today.

  You could ask in the CC forum. There are additional steps to install and activate Acrobat during part of CS or CC and it is probably best to ask in the forums. I don't know what are the steps, or I would go ahead and tell you.

• Cannot get adobe reader (version 9, 10, 11) to stay open

  I just downloaded, installed, uninstalled and rebooted (and use CCclear) vesrions 9, 10 and 11. When I double click, so it is a couple of seconds, then closes. No error message. I tried to click on a PDF file and opens it in white, then a few seconds and it closes. No error message.

  Please open stock site, sign in to your stock account, select the image, click on "license and save to the desktop.

  It will download the image to the downloads folder in your machine.

  Once downloaded, please download open folder and copy and past the image to the desktop and open it with Photoshop or Illustrator (according to the Jpeg image format /.) IA)

  Your images are ready for use.

  I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why have a watermark on them?
