  I've updated my OS to Windows 7 64-bit edition of Windows 8.1 pro 64-bit, and when you try to reinstall the software and the driver for my printer HP Officejet J4580 all-in-one I get all sorts of errors. It worked perfectly on Windows 7.

  I get the most common error is: System cannot find the specified file "[path]" \hpzshl.ice_suffix.. ". exe', as well as the facility is abandoned.

  I finally solved it by myself after many hours of pain.

  I clean any installation of HP from my computer using the HP Officejet software and driver removal utility:

  After the computer restarts, I moved on the desktop, the installation directory unpacked that HP printer install wizard for Windows had previously downloaded and launched.

  I deleted all files in the directory %Temp%.

  I disabled McAfee antivirus real time and Windows Deffender analysis.

  I ran the setup.exe in the installation directory in my office.

  The installation is smoothly and completed. I have already tested the printer and all features function normally.

  I hope these steps help someone with similar problems to get the software installed.

  2. You have security software installed on the computer?

  Method 1

  I suggest that you try to start in safe mode and then try to log on to Windows using the default Administrator account and then remove the password for your account, check if it helps.

  I have this weird problem when I close my laptop L750D that I can't get back into windows after opening it again. The first seconds after the opening of the laptop, the screen is black but then suddenly shows the login for a short-lived seconds, but then immideately screen fades to gray, then to the dark as his tent to save energy. • BlackBerry smartphones lost my contacts on the phone and cannot get back them.

  My phone has load the other night during a power failure and the morning my contacts and contacts BB disappeared.  These contacts are not lost, because it's my gmail contacts list - but I can't get back them on my phone.  I clicked all the buttons on the sync, but no luck.  I can't manually add a contact and not seeing him.  In the options of the contacts, it says I have 288 contacts associated with my gmail account, and when I manually add one, it goes up by another number.  But - I can't see them anywhere.

  I had the same problem and found a solution. In the "host directory"field of the setup of the Site Info to the definition/Remote, which was initially empty, I entered"... /" (without the quotes). That solved the problem. I tried to change it back a couple of times and verified than just that one change caused the "remove Synchronize missing first letter bug" to come and go.

  The idea that the problem had something to do with the host directory entry came after an assignment 'Big Frank' 2002 (link below) in which he solved his problem by removing one / of the same box. In my case, the bug appeared when I switched to using a main FTP account that had access to a lot of Web sites on the same server, to a sub - FTP account that could only access the folder associated with a Web site. Sync perfectly worked when I used the main FTP account and was something like /mydomain.com/ in the directory of the host area, but when I went to the sub - FTP account and allowed the host directory entry, the bug to remove Sync appeared.

  I have no idea why the... / is necessary, or why it even works. It kinda a strange looking remote display to see the root appearing directory as "/... /". "." But it works.

  I found a bunch of messages showing that Dreamweaver users have suffered from this bug since at least 2002 in several versions of the software. Adobe - it is high time to address them.

  BTW... under way to test this, at some point I just put a ' / ' in the host directory field. It does not solve the original problem, and it introduced a strange new in which Dreamweaver wanted to remove some folders on the server that have been "hidden". Very strange.

  Whenever I turn on my laptop, my living room of shortcuts for a few seconds, when the office, then they disappear forever once that it has finished loading!  This has happened for a few weeks now and I don't know how to fix it.  Also, when I right click on any program and try to send it on the desktop as a shortcut, it does not work, nothing happens!   Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.  I hope you have a point to rstore dating back that far.

  If this does not work, go to start / computer / C:\Users\\desktop (and you may also go to C:\Users\All Users\Bureau) and see if they contain elements of your desktop.  If so, copy all files and paste them on your desktop.  You can probably rearrange, but who should return them.

  If this does not work, your user profile may be corrupted.  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  If that is the only available Administrator Profile (you need to be an administrator to fix this), enable the Hidden Administrator Account (HAA) using http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?&lang=en&cr=US&guid=&sloc=en-us&dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.administration_accounts_passwords&p=1&tid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055&mid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055.  If you don't remember the password, try nothing because that's probably what you (or seller) did during the installation.  Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.
