so I had linux on my computer, but now I myself bought a treat - W7 Home premium 64-bit. So I had wiped the hard disks and clean. Everything worked before (on linux), but while I was installing W7 something must have gone wrong - I couldn t move the mouse , from the moment of the instalation was started - so I thought maybe it s a few pilot missing, but now (after completing the instalation) I ve tried four or five mouse (usb, ps2, usb wireless), but none of them work. I did remember to restart with the mouse still connected. I also tried a different usb port, restart the pc and not even a simple memory card is able to load... and then I thought to try the live CD (it was linux yet) and the mouse works - so tell me, where could be the problem? It seems that there is something wrong with the windows software, but I Don t have an idea what is...
the keyboard works very well (thankfully), that the screen resolution is still correct ;)

Hi again once, thank you so :)
After confirming that it s probably related to drivers, I found a driver CD for my motherboard (I built the computer at home with parts) and learned how to use "mouse keys" and managed to install a few drivers - after restarting the pc, (after some time) everything went very well-> the PC works great now.
The greatest difficulty before was that I was luckily able to use the "mouse keys" and he kept breaking the feet,, I thought that it s associated with the mouse, but it was just my incompetence :D (I forgot to keep alt + shift)

I tried to make the installation of the PS CS5. It starts, passes through the product key, I get a green check mark, select English in North America and it gets to 5% and then two 2 PS icons appear, and it shows a series of things in the lower area, which I copied below for you to see. Cannot get CameraRaw 8.7 installed in Windows 7 Lightroom 5
Purchased a Canon 7 d Mark II to my wife for Christmas. Don't want her to be able to download the photos she takes, but can not get CameraRaw 8.7 to install. I've updated to Lightroom 5.7. Lightroom updated very well, but I downloaded the plugin installation package twice and every time it says it installs but then I can not always open raw images, I've tried. I have a physical copy of Lightroom 5 not rent monthly one (I know if that matters). The card does not appear in the master in the Manager section at all. Lightroom has said that it is up-to-date. Information system for 5.7 5.7 says just isn't and not 5.7.1 but clicking on update says I have the latest update installed. Spent the last 2 hours doing cela... Hoping that it is just something stupid on my part.
OH, I'm a fool... I'm not the photographer. I can be the tech support person. I just realized perhaps I should try to import photos instead of just double click on them and it worked. Thanks for your help though. Wish I could get the last 2 hours... Time for a beer. Cheers mate.

Cannot get original InDesign to install on a G5 running OS 10.5.8
Original CS bought and installed on iMac G5. Recently, the computer died a tragic death. I bought a used machine but same vintage running OS 10.5.8. I was able to install Photoshop CS and Illustrator CS (after a few errors). But impossible to get InDesign to install. : Error could not complete the installation of disc. Need help.
Johnheg can you try copying the contents of the disk on your desktop. This will let us know if there is a failure in the installation media if you receive a disk error.

After having picked up some malware on microtour DX7300 of my wife, I decided to reformat the disk and reinstall. For years and do not have a copy of the diskette of HP recovery that was created when we arrived first of all the computer.
I have a copy of Windows XP Pro, installed in such a way that very well. Device Manager is reported the driver problems with a large part of the devices as ethernet controller, audio, video etc. I guess I can install most of the people afterwards, except the network/ethernet because I need, obviously, to connect to the internet. Would have hoped that these devices are plug n play, but apparently not.
I used a Ubuntu LiveCD to connect to internet. So I know the network interface hardware works, and even audio and video resolution were out of the LiveCD.
Found the drivers on this site:
Those downloaded across the network. In reading the DX7300, it is clear to me if the network card is the Broadcomm one or Intel. Rebooted WinXP, I tried installing the Intel driver, got an error message no Intel device not found. So I guess that's the Broadcomm one. This driver, installation actually installed. However, even after a reboot the network device does not work and presents itself as an error in the Device Manager.
Thought I'd try to manually install the drivers by pointing "drivers" unpacked in the directory of installation above. Windows indicated that the correct drivers were not found there.
I'm at one end. The material seems to work under linux, but cannot get the win to install the drivers. Advice or help appreciated.

Cannot get online after installing windows XP Edition family on my laptop which was origally XP PRO
I have a laptop HP Compaq 6830 s that had xp professional did not get a disc of bone with it when buying. The system crashed 0x0000007B error code. I installed OS XP Home version Pro Version and now I't does not recognize my modem or ethernet. Cannot get online. I'll tho the HP site and they don't have that driver for XP Pro Downloads Home Version. I go to the Device Manager and have question marks on the following - ethernet controller (PCI bus 134, device 0, function 0), network controller (bus PCI 3, device 0, function 0), PCI Device (device function 27 of the PCI bus 0 0), Universal serial bus (PCI bus 0, device 29, function 7) (USB) Universal Serial Bus controller (bus PCI 0) (, 26, function 7 device), unknown device (on PCI bus) properties, the properties of the unknown device (on system compatible ACPI Microsoft) and the properties of video controller (VGA Compatible) (bus PCI 1, device 0, function 0) all the points mark have (Code 28). You're right; There are a large number of items on this page. You may be able to refine things if you enter your full product number, but if not, here are some general indications:

Cannot get pse10 to take my styles, have had some PES 10 for 2011 pse13 bought and installed, uninstalled pse10 inorder to get pse13 to install easer, I reinstalled pse10 but now the stules I do not appear in the effect section. I checked the two sections where the styles light up on windows 7
I suggest that you need to reset your preferences file by using this method:
Start PSE10 until the Welcome screen. The home screen looks like this:
When you are in the Welcome screen, press first Ctrl + Alt + Shift + AND click 'change' to get a different dialog like this:
You must click Yes and you're done. This particular area is sometimes hidden, so you will need to drag the homescreen on the side with your mouse a #to make it visible.

I installed Internet Explorer 8 and cannot get an internet connection using this program. However, I get a connection very well when I surfed with Firefox. I tried to disable the firewall and still no connectivity. I am connected through a Netgear router with a hard line. The signal is strong. When I run a diagnostic on Internet Explorer, I get a message from the bed... WINDOWS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET USING HTTP, HTTPS, OR FTP. THIS IS PROBABLY CAUSED BY THE SETTINGS OF FIREWALL ON THIS COMPUTER.
CHECK THE SETTINGS OF FIREWALL FOR THE HTTP PORT (80), HTTPS PORT (443) AND FTP PORT (21).
YOU MAY NEED TO CONTACT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER OR THE MANUFACTURER OF YOUR FIREWALL SOFTWARE.

My router DSL of ATT went out on me a few weeks ago, and they sent a replacement. I got a dozen devices connected to the new but cannot get the 3050 a j611g connected. I tried everything I could find...

To reconfigure your settings on a printer wireless have no control panel wireless Assistant:
- Insert the CD into your computer.
- Select reconfigure network settingson the Welcome Back screen.
The problem is that I don't get to "Reconfigure network settings" as an option when I put the installation disc in my computer. No 'Welcome Back' of the screen or the other. Any help would be appreciated.
Appreciate the help of everyone. But it must have been a material situation. After tons of calls and a few broken promises, I finally got a case manager who took care of me and sent me another printer. Saved my faith in HP.
