  If you still experience this issue, then you should try the following.

  Update your drivers for your video and audio.  Ensure that the manufacturer has Windows 7 drivers for your specific hardware.  You may also look for both motherboard chipset drivers.

  If you still have problems after updating all your drivers, then clean restart your PC and test.

  I'll just throw this out there, no guarantee that your system has the exact configuration than mine or that I completely understand your problem: I have an application of parameters of Lenovo in my Windows menu. in this application of settings, there is a section of the battery, at the end of this section is a battery meter reset.   Now, I try to reinstall Lightroom 6 and I get the message:

  "The xxxxxxx serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed value of computer.

  You must disable another computer or provide a different serial number... "

  I can not find on the Adobe web site where I can disable or reactivate my LR6 serial number to use on Windows 10.
