Please download the TDSS Rootkit removal tool (TDSSKiller.exe) and save it to your desktop.<>
Don't forget to download TDSSKiller.exe (v2.4.0.0) from the site Web of Kaspersky and not TDSSKiller.zip which appears to be an older version 2.3.2.2 of the tool.
- Double-click on TDSSKiller.exe to run the tool for known TDSS variants.
Vista/Windows 7 users right-click and select run as administrator. - If TDSSKiller does not work, try to rename.
- To do this, right-click on TDSSKiller.exe, select Rename and him give a name at random with the extension.com (i.e. 123abc.com). If you do not see the file extension, seeHow to change the file extension.
- Click the Start Analysis button.
- Do not use the computer during the scan
- If the analysis ends without finding anything, click close to exit.
- If the malicious objects are detected, they show in the analysis results - action of selection for found objects and offers three options.
- Make sure that the cure (default) is selected, and then click continue >reboot now to complete the cleaning process.
- A logfile named TDSSKiller_version_date_time_log.txt (that is TDSSKiller.2.4.0.0_27.07.2010_09.o7.26_log.txt) will be created and saved in the root directory (usually Local disk c).
- Copy and paste the contents of this file into your next reply.
Now erase your Temp with TFC by OT files
Download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.
alternative download link
Double-click TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run as administrator.
Click the Start button to start the cleaning process and run without interruption until the end.
Important! If TFC prompts you to restart, do so immediately. If not invited, manually restart the machine in any case to ensure a full clean.

How to remove "Trojan:DOS / Alureon.E"?
How to remove "Trojan:DOS / Alureon.E"? Microsoft Security Essentials it detected, but during the removal or quarantine of it, results with error code 0 x 80070032 that demand is not supported Went thru MS Security Essentials Tech Support, they said that they removed 3 days ago. Today, MS Security Essentials detected it yet again, with the same code error during the withdrawal of attempt. Use of the "partially" deleted Microsoft Safety Scanner Any suggestions for removal COMPLETE?
I would do these things:
Download and run TDSSkiller from Kaspersky Lab:
http://support.Kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?QID=208280684
Download and run Hitman Pro from here (refuse the installation of toolbars, decline any e-mail options, nothing to do with Bing or MSN, a time of scan, no emails and activate the free license):
http://www.SurfRight.nl/en/downloads/ (make sure you get the free version)
Then:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
Restart your computer and solve the outstanding issues.

Virus Trojan:Dos\Alureon.C
Is there a process to remove this virus and get my laptop working again. I ran microsoft removal tools (MSE) and he found 5 infected files. Deleted 4 of them, the said Trojan:Dos\Alureon.C to removed manually. The tool provided no support to do this. At this point, my boots of machine up but there is no program, no browser, no network. In safe mode, I can see the contents of the C drive, but nothing shows up on destop and 'start' > all programs > is empty. Any advice.
Try TDSSKiller.exe mode without failure.

I ran all virus time and time again and cannot get rid of this e-mail worm that continues to move forward, what I can do now, stop using hotmail?
Hello
Why do you think you have an e-mail worm? If you can't name it?
If someone is Spoofing emails that appear to come from you then they probably never
had access to your e-mail account. Instead, they have either a copy of your contacts
list or just an email from you or one of you where you were one of the recipients. Those
could be gleaned either your computer, the computer of a friend, or hacking
any site or intercept an email on your behalf or to you (you may not be the main)
(beneficiary).Once they have this information there is nothing you can do to avoid that they don't
send usurped messages. Warn your friends that is happening and they
can be entitled to install rules such as parodies are treated as SPAM or JUNK
mail.I've even seen usurped by email that appears to be from a valid user name however
This name doesn't have an e-mail account on the mail system used in parody.
As SpiritX - AT - realmail.com may be a valid account, however, parody used
SpiritX - AT - wrongmail.com. The latter could still be considered an email address valid
SpiritX if it was allowed through JUNK and JUNK e-mail filtering. (The - AT - has been used
instead of so that those addresses would not be filtered by auto responses.
as if by magic.)============================================================
Proceed to a very thorough check for malware and then change your password by e-mail.
The reason why you want to do this is to make sure no more hacking your computer is
still in effect (if it has been hacked). You have changed the password once but I would
Change it again after these checks. It is possible for a person to send the email that 'seems' to be of your
account but that is not really - called "Spoofing." That means its 'Possible' emails
were not really you, although they may have your contact list. Have someone
who receives the e-mails to check the header to see where he is actually sent by and
NOT only the answer to the address. How to read the message headers
