• How to remove the part of an object grouped several using a shape (Pathfinder does not work, cannot get the knockout groups to work)? Kind of like the opposite of a clipping mask.

  I want to remove the portion of these legs inside of this graph, because a white circle solid at the Center intensifies the effect of the spiral.

  Background, the spiral is a mixture of the people flying around in a circle. The circle is then copied and turned several times. I have not developed the appearance again.

  There must be an easy way to do it, but I can't use the Pathfinders, the opacity mask, knockout groups, and make simple layers does not work. I just want to axe the legs of these easy people!

  If I (put) correctly, you should be able to get the opacity mask to work as follows:

  Select (only) the White path and the mixture and then in the transparency palette flyout on create with unchecked Clip opacity mask and mask invert checked.

  Who must hide the inner part of the mixture corresponding to the white circle and let the front remains visible oin the background (circle and all that.)

  I hope someone can help. I reloaded a new version of windows on my laptop, I don't have the recovery disk but downloaded all the drivers from this site. However, I can not the LAN port to work. I tried several times to install the driver but no luck. In the Device Manager, it says device cannot start for the Intel 82559 fast Ethernet LAN on motherboard.

  Can someone please offer some advice? I am a person of correct PC then understand the concepts and can get around the windows.

  Satellite U200 what model do you have? The number of other Sat U200-xxx would be very useful to know which LAN chip was equipped with your laptop.

  But generally, you can find all the drivers on the European driver Toshiba page.
  Check the model number and serial (bottom) and choose the correct LAn driver Toshiba page.

  Notes; Win XP should be updated to the last State. I mean that you need SP2 and the additional fixes to ensure that everything would be fine.

  I searched and studied in internet for the possible sound chips and it seems that Satellite C855-1GN supports the audio chip Realtek ALC269Q-VB6-GR.
  Its compatible Intel High Definition Audio 1.0.

  Realtek HD audio driver should be compatible.

  Finally got the disc to work. I had to use a computer with windows XP! Everything seems to work OK now.

• Cannot get the USB port to work after re-installation of SP2 on Satellite Pro L20

  After re - install XP Home SP2 and download all updates & drivers from here, I can't get my USB port works correctly, if I have more than one connected device it says "bandwidth exceeded".

In my loader file, I load the test files a second part. The first two movies load very well, but instead of loading the third film the charger makes a loop to the first image and start again.   When I bought this tablet with multitouch screen, I expect to be able to navigate as you can on an ipad for example using pinch and zoom on my internet browser, pdf documents and other.  I still have to figure out how to do the pinch and zoom stuff.  Am I missing something?  I watched videos on youtube other people doing it so why can not I?  Is there a way to adjust the settings in windows 7?   I can't explain why it suddenly started working - installed software has nothing to do with it.  Windows 7 natively supports this gesture, so no additional software is required.

  With respect to zoom, the finesse of it (and if it works in all) depends entirely on the application that you are running.  The application must interpret messages zoom from Windows and decide how to respond.  And I agree that many applications (like acrobat) did a bad job to update their software for touchscreens.

  What about firefox, I'm not sure because I'm not a user of firefox, but maybe check to see if they have some plugin allowing the touch screen gestures.  It's probably a good question for a forum of firefox.

  Well I searched and searched even more and I'm starting to wonder if my program of liveCycle is perhaps faulty for some reason any. I looked over the script for liveCycle guide and see that the script in order to hide an object goes like this

  I am trying to use the script in a radio button (Yes and no) to hide the text box if none is selected in the subform that contains the question. but for some reason, I can't script hidden to work. I want the legend to become hidden as well. But when I use 'invisible' instead of 'hidden' text entry box is not selectable for the user to input when you test the form in acrobat. I go about it the wrong way? Or just 'hidden' command does not work in my copy of liveCycle. Thanks for any help
