  Have you tried to restart the phone? I downloaded the update yesterday afternoon. When my husband called later I couldn't hear him and that he could not hear me. I restarted the phone and I am now able to make/receive phone calls without problem. I know this is not exactly your question but maybe this will help.

  Last night, I could make and receive phone calls. This morning I upgraded to iOS 9.1 to 9.2, and now I can't make or receive calls.

  Any call I make - other iPhones, to landlines, whether on my list of Favorites or not - says 'call X... '. "(where X is the name of the contact - X is omitted if I don't dial a contact). After a few seconds, the phone says "Call ended." and I get three quick tones.

  When they call me, it goes to voicemail once they hear 1 or 2 rings. I don't hear anything. The call does not appear in the 'recent' folder, but I received a voice message.

  My iPhone is a 4 s, which can be a key because my wife has a 5. She has just upgraded and has no problem with calls. We are both on the Sprint network, using 'Ting' which is a dealer - so our actual provider's Ting. My phone says "Version 9.2 (13 c 75)", carrier "Sprint 23.0" and model MD377LL/A."

  I turned the phone on and off several times, and also to do a reset (now hold both power and home until the apple logo appears). neither helped. I double-clicked the original key and removed the phone application and all other applications, then restarted the phone application, which also helped.

  WiFi works.

  I think that what I had was specific to my carrier - as well as anyone with this problem likely needs to communicate with their provider!

  For Ting (Sprint), here's what I had to do:

  1. to connect to a Wi - Fi network

  2. dial # 873283 #.

  3. press the call key

  4. press "Start Service Update" and wait a minute or two.

  5. press on "Full Service Update" and wait a minute or two for the phone to reconnect to the Sprint network.

  6. once the upper line shows that Sprint is connected, I could make and receive phone calls.

Before the update, it was working fine, but after installing Lollipop, I can not get audio during call voicemail if call sound incoming or outgoing.   Hi all

  When I call people from my iPhone 6 they heard me not talk at all.

  If I put the phone on speaker, they can hear me and I can record and playback voice memos with no problems at all.  I tried both a hard and soft reset which none has solved the problem.  I removed the cover and tried to call someone without him, but the problem still happens so this isn't my case interfering with the microphone.

  Anyone have an idea what might happen?  Would it be a problem with iOS 9.3.4 because the problem only happened since I updated to it AFAIK (though this could just be a coincidence)?

  I just updated my Z10 STL100-3 model with the new operating system 10.3.2.2168. Now, I can not answer incoming calls. The phone rings, but there is no screen to answer or reject the call. I am also unable to unlock while the phone is ringing. Once the caller hangs up the normal opening if Poster Advisor I missed a call and then allows me to unlock the phone. When you place a call, the screen does not change for me to end the call.   Well, assuming that you have waited the usual 48-72 hours, with a lot of reboots (including the battery grips) and this behaviour is new, and the only thing that has changed is the operating system updated... so, the most common thing to do after an update which results in problems is to perform a reload of the OS. Sometimes the update process have errors and others... with a reload often cure the problems.

  Unofficial methods, which are cleaner and allow you to choose a version of the OS that maybe your carrier (or anyone they control your offers) delays in approval (unless you're on 10.3.2, in which case 10.3.1 and earlier are now blocked, but you should be able to use any 10.3.2 it's official):

  After upgrading to Windows 7 (64 bit) of Vista, I plugged my iPod Nano (2nd gen.) into the USB port with iTunes running. • Cannot start Photoshop 64-bit CC after update
