Cannot install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

I'm trying to install "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop", every time I get an error Code n ° 1.
After runing, the "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool" the problem is the same.

4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Please follow the steps below:
1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
(2) trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.
3)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "
4) click on the link below and download file Creative Cloud install and use the same to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

I spent 2 days now trying to install adobe creative cloud and it still does not work...
I tried all the troubleshooting section solutions and still nothing
I use windows and the message I get after that installation of the creative cloud is the following:
Tried to install/uninstall
used the web to adobe uninstaller and it software uninstalled with errors
I can't remove all the files manually to the program files because it tells me access is denied
I even tried to restore the system, but still nothing...
Help, please...

Cannot install Adobe Creative cloud and can't remove it
Help, please. During the software update (for windows 8), the computer was off. There was an error in update: C000003A. After that I went back to the previously saved configuration (if I understand correctly) I tried to install all my programs once more (desktop, Adobe Creative cloud, etc.) During installation of creative cloud installation saying that the previous filed was not properly deleted), I deleted the file "Adobe" according to the instructions from Adobe and also deleted with CC Cleaner. Doesn't work. I can't install my Adobe or remove and reinstall. It's text from Adobe:

In this case, it is better to own reseating of the creative cloud app and then try to install Photoshop cc.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
- Run the cleanup tool Adobe and if present remove below mentioned only options:
- Creative cloud office
- Adobe Photoshop cc
- Adobe Application Manager

Step 5:
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

After having downloaded the file Setup.exe of Coud creative , right-click on it and select the option "run as administrator".
Once the Adobe Creative Cloud application is installed, login and try again to install Adobe Photoshop CC.

Then return to your usual profile.

I can't install the update of the cc (win 8.1) desktop application. There is no link and no code error or message that helps to understand the problems or the search for a solution. It was just a warning message on the fact of failure and close the window. I now have the problem for a while. The mac OS 10.9 version works OK. Tips for that one?

I found in my library: with CC, you can use the software on a PC and Mac OS. The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously, you could activate only on two instances of the same operating system. This restriction has been removed. Also, if you connect to a third computer on which you installed CC, you are automatically connected on one of the earlier computers where you are logged in.
BUT:
The subscription is allowed to a person associated with the membership, so cannot be used on 2 computers of different people at the same time.
Adobe has this given these tips:

Desktop application Adobe creative cloud cannot be uninstalled in silence if it was installed individually on the web. You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package. You can uninstall the application in silent mode in this way and you can use the command msiexec /x 'package.msi file name' / SB

I had a few struggles since this morning...
Building 30 GB Photoshop file for a large project and could not open the file or any other PSB I built in the course of 5 weeks - went into the rabbit hole problems...
now, I'm here...
Impossible to install same adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App to start from scratch. The Setup program closes without so much as an error message. The screenshot is just before the time that the installation of adobe disappears. Very annoying. Someone knows something about this problem?
I can give more context for how I got here and all the problems, I fell along the path/steps that my work to correct if nobody's got an immediate response.
