Cannot install Itunes 12.3.2.35

Hello Support!

After the trouble of calling phone shooting as well as manually deleted files Apple and Hello! 12.3.2.35 iTunes installation has failed. Although installation of new files is complete without errors, the installation cannot complete. It is always with the same error message saying: there is a problem with this Windows package install. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your provider to support personal or package.

Installation cancelled leaving folders created in my PC. They are Hello in program files, Apple and Apple computer files in the ProgramData.

I can not install iTunes 12.1.3, I need to reinstall iTunes 12.2.2 my support! And now only recognized my 2 older devices, my 6 s iPhone iTunes more is
still unable to connect to my PC iTunes, it is left without a backup of the computer.

Try to repair the Apple Software Update of the programs and features Control Panel, and then reinstall iTunes.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recoveryadvice there.

    Hello kev1234567,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

I suggest that you download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to here.
You can use the utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. Remember that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall on.

Once you have opened the Windows Installer Cleanup utility, it will fill all the programs installed on your computer by Windows Installer. Select iTunes and then click on the button Delete. It deletes all corrupted files or incomplete iTunes from your computer. Then remove the Hello and QuickTime. They will be both installed with iTunes again.

NOTE: iTunes Store purchases or songs imported from CDs are saved in your my default music folder and are not deleted by removing iTunes.

Then go to Apple.com and download the latest version of iTunes and try the installation again. You should now be successful in installing iTunes.

If you're still having problems, please refer to the support of Apple records: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923

    I hope this helps.

    Sincerely,

If please reply back and let us know if this helps solve your problem or if you still need help.

    Hi all

My company won't let me install ITunes on my laptop for "security reasons." I insisted, but there is no way, they will do it. I don't have another computer at home so I'm looking for a portable version of ITunes or an alternative to ITunes.

Basically, I think I can do the upgrades and back ups with the cloud, but I did not understand how to download music and videos on my IPhone and Ipad without ITunes (and without any soft, since I can not install anything...).

    Any idea?

You can buy songs from the iTunes Store directly on your iPhone (or use something like Apple's music service).  But now I know other way to import your CD (for example) on your iPhone without iTunes.  I'm sorry.

  • Cannot install iTunes 12.4 (any version)

I have iTunes installed 12.3.2.35 on my computer (running Windows 7). This computer has all the updates of Windows installed. When I tried to upgrade to iTunes 12.4 (none of the iterations and even after you uninstall iTunes 12.3.2.35), I get the following message:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your supplier of staff or the package of support ".

I am able to install iTunes 12.4.3 on another computer running Windows 10 without any problem.

    Can anyone help?
