  Opps I feel bad, creation of the post of the cross, but I didn't know there was a dedicated forum for installation problems, when I posted this on the forum of Lightroom:

  I just bought Lr6 last night but cannot install it.  Whenever I get the sign to the step it just turns and never comes back.  I can connect just fine in a browser web (I am) but the installation process stops cold by this problem.  Does anyone know what is the problem?  Any ideas on what we can do?

  When I download Lightroom CC via https://creative.adobe.com/fr/products/download/lightroom?promoid=KSPGB the only version of LR installed on my PC will be LR5.

  

  The problem is that my camera Nikon D7200 is not recognized by LR5. Could someone help me get the LR6 in Trial Version?

    I used the cd installation for mac and it says that it has been downloaded successfully. When I set up the printer, it is impossible to locate the printer on the usb port. All cables are securely fixed. I turned off the printer and turned it back. No luck. I went to HP downloaded all of the current drivers and same thing. My computer says the printer is there, but I can't print. I'm a computer illiterate so to be simple. Thank you!!

    If you are using Snow Leopard and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD that is not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and had the HP software on your Mac before you upgraded), you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

    Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
    Click on continue
    Highlight your device in the left pane
    Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall
    There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
    Click on continue and let it finish

    Restart your Mac

    Now run a software update.

    Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" driver and software from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

  • Cannot install LR6

    I recently decided to drop my CC for LR and PS membership, I bought a self-sustaining disc and the license for LR6.

    I installed it properly leaving my CC LR existing in place. When the installation is complete, I tested and even edited a few files. Now that I didn't know whether it worked, I advanced and uninstalled LR CC using a program to uninstall app. I realize that I could have used the built-in uninstaller.

    So CC LR has been uninstalled, but so was my (standalone) LR6. I now get the code 16 error, some useful people have directed me to this web page Configuration 16 error | CC, CS unfortunately when I followed these instructions, the two SLStore or Adobe PCD files are missing completely.

    Since then, needless to say, I tried to reinstall from my drive several times but still the same error message as shown below. Then I reinstalled the desktop CC app and downloaded and installed CC LR, but now it's too fails on launch with the same exact error message.

    I spent some time trying to contact Adobe directly, even by phone, but all without success.

    Don't know what to try next, any suggestions please?

    I'm all sorted out, thank you so much 99jon that I began to despair that I would never get the problem fixed. Adobe cat have been very patient (it took about 50 minutes) while I carried out their instructions, very useful overall

  • Cannot install LR6 with serial code

    Hi, I spoke to a colleague from Adobe last week, explaining the problem seen us, after losing our serial code to activate LR6, we found the serial code, but it keeps telling us that its incorrect. (please see screenshot)   I explained that we buy the program in September of this year, in Southampton (England) and US aircraft now move the company to Bridport (UK) and that a large number of items of office appears to be in transit. Although now we have found what we thought was the code, we do not find the receipt.  We are now really need your help.

  • Cannot install DC Acrobat Mac OS 10.9.5 (running SafariNotificationAgent)

    I can't day Acrobat version DC since he says that I have to close "SafariNotificationAgent" to continue. But when I go to activity monitor, it seems to be a process of the system which cannot be left. And when I try to force quit it, the installation process hangs at 35% finishing. It must be a failure of the application or my OS X system... So I can't help but looking for a method to resolve.

  • Cannot install Flash Player (Mac)

    I'm trying to install Flash Player on a Mac of Yosemite (10.10.1). Whenever I try to open the installation program, the icon appears in the dock but no user interface never appears and activity monitor describes the application as being insensitive, forcing me from smoking it. I also tried to use the installer to "Flash Player for Safari and Firefox - NPAPI" linked to the Troubleshooting Page and while it provides a user interface and allows me to accept the license agreement it freezes the same way when I accept the terms on the first screen and successful install.

    It is a clean installation of Yosemite, which is not even 24 hours old. The only other things installed on the Machine are the Manager package Java and Apple Homebrew development of command line tools.

    I just noticed that there is an update for Mac OS X after posting this (10.10.2) and, of course, that corrects the problem. Why does not install Flash on 10.10.1? It's a mystery.

    Try the following-

    GoTo "/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/9.9/Fonts".

    If you find any directory in the name of ".otf AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold" delete,.

    or if you can't find what any directory it can be hidden. Then run the following command on the Terminal-

    sudo mv "/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/9.9/Fonts/AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold.otf" "/ tmp/abc.

    Now, rerun the installation program
