  I suggest that you try to install programs using administrator privileges and check if that helps.

My OS is Vista Home premium Acer Aspire M3201, processor Quad-Core AMD Athlon (TM) 9150e 1.80 GHz. ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics onboard, the DD Realtek Audio Manager. Is it possible to restore these items and all the other programs that I've not yet used and can be done? I'm only a user base with no or very little technical knowledge.
