  I don't have useful recovery discs because when I tried to make them when I got the laptop, the process has failed for an unknown reason (I asked the TechGuys, who suggested to use a better quality than DVD, but I don't bother).

  I couldn't find a place to download the drivers for bootcamp support and discovered in training camp 6, the drivers are downloaded on a separate partition on the SSD (instead of USB drive). So I wiped the installation of windows and repartee with the intention to copy the downloaded software (which I did).   Yes, the product key works independently of the architecture (32- or 64-bit), so you can use the same product key used to activate 32-bit Windows 8 Pro with 64-bit Windows 8 Pro.

I use the USB 2.0 ports on the back and have tried the USB 3.0 ports as well. I tried various different settings in the bios, including USB legacy.
