  I tried several times.  Specifically, I get we have encountered the following problem: creative Office Cloud could not be installed. (Error code: 1) I am running Windows 10 Pro

  Basically Adobe technology went into control panel > programs and features and remove all Adobe products related to their suite cloud.  For me, it was anything but Acrobat Reader and my Adobe CS5 products.  Then, they went into C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and deleted the folder OOBE and AdobeApplicationManager folder. In addition, folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe Adobe Creative Cloud.  All of these files must come from a demo several months ago or the initial installation failed attempt.  After that the technology of Adobe installed a new AdobeApplicationManager then had him install the product that I had purchased.
