Cannot launch the call to Polycom V700 to Cisco SX20/EX90

Hello

I am configuring a Cisco SX20 and a Polycom V700. I can call to Polycom Cisco, but can't call Polycom to Cisco. It proved a mistake, "your call could not be connected because the call was was routed through a network of intermediary that is not service the remote site." Please contact your network administrator. "But I have that in place inside the LAN, and there is no firewall on the inside.

I've tried with EX90 as well, but it's the same thing.

Can someone please advise me what I missed?

Hi Robi,

I'm kinda a waste, then as to why it does not work... If you have enabled IP H.323 gatekeeper OFF, call preference value IP H.323, numbering method with H.323 Auto in 1st preference and all other disabled protocols - it should just really work when you dial an ip address...

I guess the next thing to look at would be the version of the firmware on the polycom - is recent (or maybe an older buggy)?

In addition, you could try a factory reset on the device (just to make sure there is not another stuck somewhere setting) and to reconfigure settings you need.

    Usually the display driver starts with Windows, it's the graphics card properly recognized in Device Manager?

    In this case make a backup, and buy an external HARD drive. They are cheap these days.

    Problem solved

    Think that the drivers are DSComm4.cbx and Meter4.cbx, but don't bother moving them.  Tried every imaginable situation.

    You must INSTALL the driver on both computers.

    From the responses, I think that there is more than one with the problem.

    Also, make sure that the floors do not point to the name of the computer.  The tag path must start by "..". \ « ou »... \..   • The calls missed on 8330 blackBerry Smartphones

    I have a 8330.  I've set up an icon for e-mail messages and an icon for SMS/MMS by separating them.  Voicemails and missed calls go to the SMS/MMS icon.  Is it just the way it is or I can have an icon for my only missed calls?  Is all calls, may they be displayed in an icon, or what I have to press the green button to see?  I know that I can all have them in my messages icon.

    Really, I wonder if I can get an icon just for the call log or missed calls.

    We cannot dissociate the call logs in a separate icon. What you can do is control what appears in your list of messages:

    • All calls
    • Only the missed calls

    Press the menu key and go to 'options' in your call log (pressing the green button first). Go to "Call logging" to set your preference.

    Not many details have been given to us. I just resolution. In the Configuration of the vCO page, under the network tab fair value 0.0.0.0 IP address and restart the Server Configurator vCO. Login back to the Configuration of the vCO page and restart the service. It worked like a charm! It is the resolution for the vCO is not opening in port 8281. Once this is done, even the vCO Client began to open.

    Come to the JDBC error, as soon as this problem has been resolved, did not appear the JDBC error. So, I'm not sure about the exact resolution for this.
