Cannot leave mozilla

Mozilla Firefox is not running. It worked fine yesterday and I did not knowingly install anything since. I can't uninstall it because I keep said that it must be closed before I can uninstall it. BUT it is not open! I am well and truly stuck. It opens and works in safe mode, but just opens in normal mode.
Help, please!

  • Cannot download Mozilla FireFox. Microsoft says its an unknown Editor, who is in!

In early April, I downloaded Mozilla Firefox. For two weeks, that it worked perfectly. Then when he offered some Applications, I have investigated them, but decided to not choose any. When I tried to leave the page to go back to my MSN home page, however, I couldn't do it. So I restarted my laptop, thinking I could start again. But no, I had returned to the Aps page yet. This happened twice more, closed for five minutes and I tried again. Success! But I was still furious with Firefox, so I downloaded Google Chrome and then uninstalled Firefox.

After struggling with Chrome for another two weeks, because it does not work well with a relatively weak signal of blue UBS, I decided to go back to Firefox. Went on the Mozilla site and downloaded the same version I had before. But when I tried to install it, Microsoft intervened, claiming that she was of "Unknown Publisher" and could be dangerous. If I wanted to deal with the risk, however, I was able to proceed with the installation. But when I tried to install it, Microsoft says that it is corrupted! and refused.
Then, I went through my files and found the icon of Firefox I had installed in April, he dragged on the desktop and tried to install it. However, Microsoft says again, it was from an unknown Publisher and could be dangerous, etc. And when I tried the same Firefox I had before, Microsoft has again refused, saying, corrupt! "
It's exasperating recent history concerning my attempts frustrated trying to install Firefox. Mozill Firefox has been around for many years and is well known, then how dare Microsoft argue that Firefox from an "Unknown Publisher" and then claim that downloading the same who worked before was "corrupt"!?

  • My last mozilla updates has resulted in "cannot find mozilla runtime." Everything I try, same SlimCleaner gets this error message. What should I do next?

Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.

    • Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

    • (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
    • (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but make sure that 'delete personal data' is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

  • Help! Cannot find Mozilla Firefox Forum

Once connected, I found the link 'Ask a Question' and the 'Article' section before the forum discussions.

Is the only way to access the discussion forum by scrolling on the 'Contributor Tools' link and clicking on "Support Forum" House?

How can I view 'all' discussions I created? I noticed that all the threads are listed together, regardless of the type of question, it is.

I'm new here and find this very confusing forum.

The support forum is at support.mozilla.org/questions/

A way to find your messages is to go at the top where it says your name (to the right of the contributor Tools menu), and then select View profile.

Or during a https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ if you click on 'all issues' + 'All' and 'my contributions '. It will not give a list of topics in the order that you have posted recent, but rather it lists the threads that you published or displayed in order by date of last response it has.

Given that the Internet Explorer works fine and it comes with other web browsers, you must communicate with their respective support for help.

  • After chkdsk volume is clean, cannot leave disk check program

Today, I decided to run chkdsk on my Windows XP laptop. He told me that I have to restart the computer in the first place, I did. He ran through the cheque, and the end result, said the volume was clean, no errors. However, there was no way for me to leave this screen - no buttons to click, no instructions on what to do next. I waited 20 minutes, but no change. I tried pushing the ESC and Control/Alt/Del, the Windows key, all the F keys, all I could think about. The blue "volume is clean" screen wouldn't go away. I turned off the computer and then new. He began to start, but re-entered the command chkdsk mode directly. Volume was clean again, but still no way to escape the chkdsk screen and return to Windows. So I turned it off again, took out the battery, it turned on... same thing happened. How to use this form of final results? As far as I know, the computer is clean and healthy, but the darn chkdsk won't let me not get back to work!

    Oh that the command chkdsk.

You must look in the event log for the results of the chkdsk command, which has run automatically and see what is said (i.e. report of chkdsk)).

Then you should check out the dirty bit on your hard drive to see what is the problem with this command chkdsk and what is the problem with it (you must ask).

Then I would run a chkdsk manually since the XP Recovery Console, so you can watch it in fact run and see what he has to say.

Only then, when you see him run with your own eyes if you think things are okay.

If your HARD drive has a physical problem, chkdsk may not be able to clear the dirty bit, and you can't delete it manually.

If XP still thinks that your volume is afflicted/Sales, your HARD drive has a problem and you should think to replace sooner rather than later (or hope that it lasts a long time).

You can tell XP not to check the volume ever, but who might be short-sighted.

Of course, because forums MS Answers does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked and we know nothing on your system, it can be difficult to accomplish, but we'll see what happens.

  • N3048 cannot leave ssh sessions with firmware 6.3.0.3

I recently updated a stand-alone switch N3048 for the latest firmware 6.3.0.3, A14 (filename = N3000_N2000v6.3.0.3.stk) 6.2.7.2, A10 and it seems, I can't leave a SSH session to the switch (via the OOB interface). I can connect with several configured users and the switch works fine otherwise, but from entering exit the SSH session is suspended. It looks like the following on a switch with m1940 hostname:

    M1940 #exit
    M1940 > output<-- hangs="" here,="" not="" even="" a="" newline="" after="" hitting="">

Connecting to the switch via the serial console, I see that 'show ip ssh' is empty and shows no active sessions. In addition, the switch generates the message "User has disconnected" in syslog. However, the real SSH session of my management station is still alive, and actually living remains permanently it seems. I left such a session open all night after the * IDLE TIMEOUT * had it done automatically on the switch and the next morning, the SSH session and underlying session TCP were always persistent.

After reloading via the serial console switch the SSH session disconnect properly by following a generic box of RHEL 6 on my management station:

M1940 connection closed by remote host.
    Closed connection to m1940.

For me, it's just a further indication that the SSH session remains active after a user, there are sessions on the switch.

Also has anyone seen this behavior? Someone at - it a data point of SSH sessions behaving normally with this new firmware?

Your observations are correct, that Dell Networking OS 6.3.0.3 is no longer available for download from the Dell eSupport site. If you have all of the switches currently on 6.3.0.3, I suggest rolling back to 6.2.7.2.

I don't have any official information from Dell on the exact reason the firmware was pulled. But according to my observations, it seems that there are certain undesirable behaviors in the version of the firmware. Including those discussed here on the forums. Rather than wait for the next firmware correct these behaviors, the firmware is shot, quickly being developed and should hopefully be reissued in due course.

  • BB10 Simulator - cannot leave the browser

I did test my Web site. It's not that I * need * to return to the home screen, it's just that I can not find how do. None of the buttons on my physical keyboard it (I assume at least an emulator maybe a button on a real device that returns to the home screen, bad unfortunately not), and the browser is not an option to leave. There is also no statusbar anywhere (like Android) that has at least something, so I think that I'm "stuck" in the browser...

  • VMware vSphere - ESXi - cannot leave the console VM access?

I'm under ESXi 4.1 on a server of Dell T110

I connect to ESXi with vSphere

vSphere is running within a VM in Windows 7

The Windows 7 VM is running in VMware Fusion on my Mac OS X system

When I'm in vSphere and I selected a virtual machine and I click on the tab console on some systems the VM console release me when I press control + keys command as it should.

pfSense (FreeBSD), Ubuntu Server and Windows Server 2008 (before installing VMware tools) behave like that. I can't get out of their screen of the console. I must stop these VM out of their access to the VM consoles.

Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Ubuntu Desktop, etc, that all behave as I expect. When I press control + command keys I am released from the VM console and I am able to navigate in vSphere.

After I install VMware Tools on Windows Server 2008 I don't have to press anything to be released from the VM console can I just move my mouse outside the console and interact with vSphere, which is what I expected.

Shouldn't be able to leave the console VM using Ctrl + Cmde in any virtual computer if VMware Tools is installed?

Anyone know what could be causing this device or a way around it?

    Thanks in advance.

If the tools are installed as you have seen, you can safely move out of the console.  However, without tools, have you tried to release the cursor?
