Cannot log on to Twitter. I get 403 Forbidden: the server understood the request, but refuses to fill. »

When I try to log on to Twitter, I get the error message below.

403 Forbidden: the server understood the request, but refuses to fill.

Seems to emerged since I have updated to Firefox... I think so...

You can manually connect on Twitter by removing cookies from twitter. Click on "Firefox" at the top left, and then choose 'Options '. Click on the "Privacy" tab and click on 'delete cookies '. In the list, scroll down to twitter.com and click on 'Delete the Cookies' I hope this helps. Regarding the 403 error, it is usually caused by a typing error in the address bar, or with a failure on the Twitter servers.

  • Get 403: Forbidden of Google API - encoding problems in my POST?

    Hi all

    I have problems connecting to the Google API by MAIL by following the instructions on this page:
    http://code.Google.com/APIs/accounts/docs/AuthForInstalledApps.html#ClientLogin

    I've also posted on the forums of the Google API, but I'm starting to wonder if it's a problem that this forum would be able to answer. Here is the post on the Google forum:
    http://www.Google.com/support/forum/p/Apps-APIs/thread?FID=1c22cb44eb5cbba600048a1fc5f25621&hl=en

    Google used to accept a GET request and provide a string SID, who served as a connection key services such as Docs and Calendar. He still offers this SID to GET requests, so I know I can do the BB Simulator applications, but it no longer accepts the SID as a connection key. Now, I have to send a POST request in encoding UTF-8, including parameters as my user name and password and get an AUTH token in response.

    Missions in this forum, I see that I can use a URLEncodedPostData object to encode the parameters for the WORK in UTF - 8. (I know I have to eventually get keys to use on a true signature BB, but I want to get a hello-world working on the Simulator before I pony up for them). I put the settings in this item and include it in the application, but I always get a 403: forbidden with an error message 'error = BadAuthentication' in response, as if my password is wrong. I checked the name of user and password with care, and I can do the JOB and get the AUTH token with the curvature of the line of control on this machine, there must be something about how I make the POST in the Java code.

    Someone on the Google forum suggested that my settings may not have been encoded in UTF - 8, but shouldn't the 'UTF-8' parameter in the constructor URLEncodedPostData manage this coding? I also tried manually escape the '@' in my e-mail address to "% 40" because it seems that URLEncodedPostData does not encode the symbol like this @.» (My password contained no character who must escape for URL encoding.)

    Here is the code I use. I use the Eclipse IDE for Blackberry OS 5 (I think that the version of the plugin for eclipse is 5.0.0_5.0.0.25) with Verizon 9630 Tour 5.0.0.591 Simulator. Any help?

    private void googleSignInTest(String emailAddress, String googlePassword){

    // see http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/docs/AuthForInstalledApps.html#ClientLogin
    String uri = "https://www.google.com/accounts/ClientLogin";

    InputStream inputStream = null;
    HttpsConnection httpsConnection = null;

    try{
    //create https connection, POST
    httpsConnection = (HttpsConnection)Connector.open(uri);
    httpsConnection.setRequestMethod(HttpsConnection.POST);

    //http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/HttpConnection-set-to-POST-does-not-work/m-p...
    URLEncodedPostData postData = new URLEncodedPostData("UTF-8", false);
    postData.append("accountType", "GOOGLE");
    postData.append("Email", emailAddress);
    postData.append("Passwd", googlePassword);
    postData.append("service", "cl");
    postData.append("source", "my-test-app");
    postData.append("Content-Type", "application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
    postData.append("Content-Language", "en-US");

    DataOutputStream outputStream = httpsConnection.openDataOutputStream();
    outputStream.write(postData.toString().getBytes());
    outputStream.flush();
    outputStream.close();

    //make the request and get response
    int responseCode = httpsConnection.getResponseCode();
    //403 Forbidden Error=BadAuthentication

    //Do something with the response
    ...
    }catch (IOException e) {
    e.printStackTrace();
    }

    Seems that I have to set the content type in the connection, and not in the post data:

    httpsConnection.setRequestProperty(HttpProtocolConstants.HEADER_CONTENT_TYPE, HttpProtocolConstants.CONTENT_TYPE_APPLICATION_X_WWW_FORM_URLENCODED);

    Also, the following line is probably not just:

    outputStream.write(postData.toString().getBytes());

    It probably should be:

    outputStream.write(postData.getBytes());

  • Lightroom-"this file cannot be found" - How can I get rid of the preview?

    Hey.

    I started to import my photos from a computer disk using lightroom. I then use the bridge to get a glimpse of my files and remove unwanted images. When I return in Lightroom the images that I deleted were still seen in the catalog. How can I get rid of the other previews that manually going through all and removing now unwanted previews.

    Thanks for your help,

    Eric

    Hi Eric,.

    I think that the easiest way is to select 'Library' > 'Find all missing photos', then 'Edit' > 'Select all' then 'Photo' > «Delete pictures...» ». You get then a message to confirm to delete the photos and images of masters cannot remove because they are absent and where you have published one of the pictures with the help of a publishing services you get another message on this subject. Confirm and you should be done. I would really consider sorting and removal in Lightroom, even if you don't have to worry about all this.

  • Get 403 Forbidden in Firefox, trying to use HELP

    Whenever I try to use the menu of HELP from LR (and other Adobe products), I get a 403 Forbidden message in Firefox my default browser.

    Is the URL which is a failure: http://community.Adobe.com/chcservices/services/redirect?u=http://help.Adobe.com & p = Lightro om_6.0 & l = en & id = AH_HOME

    If I copy and paste this URL in another browser, like IE, the redirect works and resolves at: https://helpx.Adobe.com/Lightroom/topics.html and the help page appears correctly.

    If I then copy this URL resolved in Firefox, the help page then also displays correctly.

    What is causing this problem with Firefox, and how can I solve it?

    Looks like you are running with the LR more up-to-date.

    The reason why we asked for the full version number is 6.0 (2015.0) has been released with a wrong URL in there for help pages and it has been fixed in the updated version first (?).

    There is not much to him... that you copy CMD to SETHC... with a backup of SETHC to replace the original SETHC to cover the backdoor.

    Get a linux boot CD, I use backtrack live cd bootable.... (DOES NOT WORK WITH ENCRYPTED DISKS) Use the shell! =) http://www.backtrack-linux.org/

    Note also that this does not work for domain controllers.

    Start on the Live of Backtrack distribution

    Open a shell (terminal) also known as the command line for Linux interface.

    Create a directory to mount the NTFS partition that has your Windows Installation.

    mkdir/mnt/directorynamehere

    Mount the partition device/dev/sda or sda1 or the sda2 know partitioning for your system... sda1(partition 2) sda (partition 1)... etc.

    Reboot the system... to the login screen, press SHIFT 5 times. Sethc.exe is more commonly known as "sticky keys".

    Enter the new password of administrator to the guest and you connect with the administrator account to the login as usual prompt after the closure of the command line.

    Once again, you can get in trouble serious to do it in a professional environment... This should be the last resort for sensitive recovery times. Keep this in the laboratory or at home... You hold yourself is legally responsible for your actions... but it is the way of the ninja around the use of a recovery disk to repair the local computer user passwords. This only works on Local PC. Don't try this on a domain controller...

  • Cannot install clean Windows 8.1 get pick up the product key from the BIOS

    I have Acer S3-391 with a pre-installed 8 Win. First, I thought that I would like to downgrade to Win 7 Pro as I am used to Win 7. So, I

    remove the recovery partition from Acer Windows 8 on my hard drive and installed Win 7 Pro (with my own product key) on this subject. Also, I've updated to version 2.17 UEFI BIOS.

    Now I decided to reinstall Win 8 on my laptop, but I am running into a problem:

    As I deleted the original recovery partition which included all the bloatware is it came with, I use a Windows 8.1 cleaning ISO image trasnferred a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive. It's actually an ISO Windows 8.1 Professional, but I added the file 'ei.cfg' "basic" settings and "OEM" inside. So he installed a clean Windows 8.1 with UEFI BIOS setting, but it will not pick up a product key from the UEFI BIOS. It assigns a generic key and I can't activate it with Microsoft.

    Any suggestions to make it meet on the embeded BIOS product key without ordering a recovery DVD set for $45 at Acer?

    Thank you.

    You're right, it comes with 8.0 OEM. Last night, I found Win 8.0 ISO, modified with the folder $ $OEM and activated!

  • Cannot log on my laptop without hitting F5 (as the starter), F8 and then the last good known Configuration

    When I turn on my laptop, the login page happens, but when I enter my password, it just re-boots. Then, he returned to the login page, where it does the same thing. So, it just goes back to the login page again and again and again. I tried restoring the system repeatedly.

    The only way I can connect on my laptop is by pressing F5 when starting, F8 then, last known good Configuration. I do everytime I turn on my laptop! It is very annoying. If I download anything, it saves it, but whenever I upgrade my web browser, upgrade disappears the next time I turn on my laptop.

    Backup your data and do a Windows factory restore.

    Most laptops and many OEM desktop computers (HP, Sony, etc.) come with a picture of factory restore on a special partition on the hard drive. The factory restore process is normally called by pressing a key of function (such as F11) to start the computer. There will be a message as to what function key press the screen when you start your computer. You can also consult the manual of your computer or the computer mftr.'s site, or contact technical support to learn how to restore your computer if you plant from each computer mftr. He does it differently - sometimes even between models.

    These machines also generally have a utility to create physical recovery disks in case the hard drive needs to be replaced or the factory restore image is somewhat damaged. If you have not created the recovery image recovery physical and/or damaged disks, contact technical support of computer mftr. to order a set of recovery disks. It is normally very expensive, around $20-25. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
