Cannot open the e-mail from Adobe Acrobat application
First of all, let me say that was exceptionally difficult to find somewhere I might actually post. I don't think it should be that hard, either I've missed the easy way. Eitherway, let me know if this is in the wrong place, because I am posting this now that I finally found somewhere I can actually post.
I use adobe acrobat X standard v10.1.2 (I think, should be fully updated without worrying) on windows 7 pro - x 32. I can open a pdf file and then click on the envelope to send by e-mail, and it brings up a side panel. When I tell the email attachment, it seems that if she does something and then disappears without notice. I tried as admin and same result, I troubleshoot compatibility and it came with xp sp2 and when I did, it says "cannot open the e-mail software" and when I run in administrator mode and xp mode it says always 'impossible to open the email software' on other computers it would be perfectly fine without a hitch, even if they are 64-bit could this be the cause? Also already tried to reinstall Acrobat and it did not help and tried to do a "repair" and that did not help either. So I'm really at a lost, unable to find any documentation on this error if were just troubleshooting using my typical procedures. I hope someone can help out me.
Thank you
HannersR
You are most likely in a problem with Win7 email client number. I'm not sure about AAX, but for older versions, the e-mail was through the interface MAPI Ms. Most of the time you simply make sure that your default e-mail client is specified in the default Windows programs. For some clients, you must enable their ability to use MAPI.
Not sure if this will help, but it is typically a Windows problem to solve because of the way Acrobat trys to interact with mail.

Cannot open the application "Mail" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported
I work on a MacBook Pro mid 2012
Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz
OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
The Mail app suddenly quit and when I tried to resume, I got this message
"Cannot open the application"Mail"because the PowerPC applications are no longer supported."
This also happens with the "Maps" app
All Mac software are up to date, but "Mail" has been working fine since my last update that was awhile ago.
I am confused to say the least. Suggestions? Thank you!
If you do a Get Info (command - I) on Mail and Maps applications, what version numbers do you see?
Try a reboot.
Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.
Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolate a problem by using a different user account
If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account. Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

Cannot receive or send mail using the Windows Mail get 0x800CCC18 error number
How can I fix the problem?
Cannot receive or send mail using the Windows Mail get 0x800CCC18 error number
Windows mail was working fine until about 2: 30 EST 2011-12-14 and tried to send an email and got the above error msg.Check with your mail service provider to make sure that there is not an intermittent interruption of service. If you have webmail capabilities, you can also check. Otherwise, compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and if that doesn't help, remove your e-mail account, close and reopen WinMail and then add it back back. Also check 3rd party program interference such as antivirus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).

Why favorites are not included as in the Finder, when I try to open and send a file with safari?
Here is safari (cmd + O)
and that's with the Finder:
before macOSX 10.11.4 it was exactly the sames windows...
How can I change on Safari and Chrome?
Thank you very much and excuse me if my English is not very good.
If you go to Finder > Preferences > sidebar , you will see there is no option for Safari > bookmarks, but you can send a link from Safari.
In your Safari menu bar, click file > share > Email.
For Chrome, you may need to use a Goole Chrome for sharing.

I'm running an iMac mid-2007, with El Capitan updated 10.11.2 and Mail I think 9.2. 2.4 GHz and 4 GB of memory.
My problem started yesterday when I wanted to send a letter from Christmas to 32 people, activating a project and try to send it. Didn't happen, and then things started to get strange.
This AM. After the update to EC 10.11.2 I tried to load Mail. The program seems open (i.e. the bar at the top - file, window etc.) but no viewer will appear. No e-mail does appear, now or otherwise. Have tried everything I know. Restart the iMac. Close and open Mail. Nothing.
Any suggestions?
Rob
Please stop Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data before proceeding.
If you use OS X 10.11 ("El Capitan") or version later, triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:
~/Library/Mail/V3/MailData
If you use an older version of OS X, use this line:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData
Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ go to folder
in the menu bar. Paste in the box that opens by pressing Command + V, then press return.
A file window opens. In it he must be files with names as follows:
Index of the envelope
ExternalUpdates.storedata
Move these files to the desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder can have names more long that begin as above. Move these files, if any, in the trash.
Mail recovery. It should invite you to re - import your messages. You can get a warning that the index is corrupted and that Mail must quit smoking. Click OK. Generally speaking, the process takes a few minutes, but this can take hours if you have gigantic mailboxes. In this case, you will be able to speed things up temporarily by adding your file to the list of personal information protection in the Spotlight preferences pane. Remove it when Mail has finished importing.
If the import operation stalls or fails with an error message, quit Mail, delete the two new index files (maintenance of the original that you moved to the desktop) and try again. According to several reports, the second attempt can succeed if one does not.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the files that you moved to the desktop. If not, post your results.

cannot receive and send e-mail
I'm used to be able to receive and send emails from outlook express. However, recently, I was asked to provide my ID and password of windows security and it will not connect despite numerous attempts. Then I changed my setting, the port number SSl etc, and every time I get a different error message. After 4 hours looking at all the answers and try all the suggestions, I always get errors like the one below:
Account: 'mail.deepwatercapital.com', server: 'mail.deepwatercapital.com', Protocol: POP3, server response: '-ERR failed authorization ', Port: 110, secure (SSL): no, Server error: 0x800CCC90, error number: 0x800CCC92
and when I go in to check the SSL, that's what I get:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.deepwatercapital.com', server: 'mail.deepwatercapital.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, secure (SSL): Yes, Socket error: 10060, error number: 0x800CCC0E
I also changed the number of port 2525, 25, 587, etc. and every time I get a different error message... HELP HELP HELP!

Smartphones from blackBerry Torch 9850, cannot open the e-mail setup application
Now that I have my "brick" problem solved, I can't configure my email.
Hello and welcome to the community!
I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

(2) remove and return Service directories

- Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you may need to provide some clarification... as exactly what is happening. Your subject line you could not open the e-mail setup application, but the body of your message says that you were unable to set up your email address (which could imply that you could open the configuration of the e-mail application, but it cannot configure the email)... subtle, but the details are what help us help you.
Good luck and let us know!

Adobe Reader cannot open my e-mail program
I scanned a document, Adobe reader says it can't open my email program, so I am unable to send it.
Workaround solution-
1. save the scanned document to your hard drive (where you can find it).
2. open your e-mail program.
3. start a new email.
4. attach the scanned document to email (manually using traverse it to button or what is equivalent to locate the scanned document that you previously saved on your hard drive where you can find it).
4 complete email and send.

Windows XP SP3 - Outlook Express receives and sends messages, but do not delete received messages. Can you help?
You have corruption of dbx files.Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and move the messages you want to record off deleted items, and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View. With OE closed, find the Deleted Items.dbx and Sent Items.dbx files and delete them. New files will be created automatically when you open OE.Compact all folders as described below. To avoid this in the future:Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.Information on the maximum size of the .dbx files that are used by Outlook Express:
http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=903095After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the processors and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:
