Cannot open disk Defragmentar. Have never had this problem before.

I can't open Disk Defragmenter. The computer is 6 years old and have never had this problem before.  I'm afraid that this is something that I've made or changed everything trying to "clean up" the computer.  What can I do so that it can start working again?  Thanks for any help.

With disk defrag does not, I never saw a response microsoft or "fix."

to do this, try kb922379

Also, if you're still running a 6 yr old pc, perhaps with the same OS, then windows could

be corrupted, or the user files can be also. Try to create a new user account & see

If she runs in this document, if so, delete the old account. Try 922379 1
