  You should not have to disable the built-in modem in order to use your connection high speed USB.
  In fact, I usually recommend having both connections defined (a normal broadband and PAYG dial-up version). How can I access my ISP even when I'm somewhere that is not allowed to wide band.

  I guess that you can access your normal home page of ISP correctly? In which case I would suggest that you check the settings of your browser and your virus protection and firewall options.

  After today update Windows I can't open html files in my browser (SeaMonkey) by double-clicking on it in Windows Explorer. Nothing happens when I double click on it. .html extension is always associated with SeaMonkey.

  By the way: Windows Update should never restart Windows without asking. This is really a no go! I changed the settings to update manually now installation and the hope that restart without asking will not happen.

  IM quite in my application of Cordova/Webworks which downloads and save an html file in the SD (blackberry.io.sharedFolder).

  At this point, the config.xml file is defined as:

  Also, I get the error:

  This file is not found. Check the URL and try again. If the URL is correct, check that your card is correctly inserted on your device.

  I am running and development off the BB10 Simulator.

  The console does not throw any error that I see.

  I have myself fixed by adding the string: "file://" on my road.

  I hope that others see it until they are too uptight.
