  You didn't post the URL that you are testing, so I can't be sure that this answer is correct, but it looks like the page you are testing requires Flash Player 11.1. We don't have not updated BrowserLab in awhile (even though we intend in the near future), so much the same that we are behind on browser versions, we are also behind on the version of Flash Player, we installed on our browser servers.

  I don't know if it's possible for you, but a simple workaround for this problem would be to lower the required minimum Player version number to 10 on pages that you are testing. The content you have there actually requires to install Windows Media Player 11?

  If this isn't the problem, please post the URL you test we can take a look at ourselves.
