• Hotmail no longer works. I can open mail on yahoo, MSN premium, IE9, chrome, but firefox doesn't work anymore? I reinstalled the two and point of restoration, still broken?

  I found the problem. It's the ad block plus 2.0. I just noticed that I was disabling each of them was. I noticed in Firefox that the envelopes have disappeared! That's why the post did not open, so in safe mode with disabled modules returned envelopes. then I restarted in reg mode and then turned off one-by-one. It was the adBlock Plus 2.0. LOL anyway, suggestions FREE photo editing software, which is the image resizing tool?  Nothing I've found seems to have this option.  And I'm looking for FREE because Picture It! 9 was included with my MSN Premium paid.  Just irritated, I guess, because he doesn't seem to be something to replace the PI9, and yet she was part of something that I pay for.  I guess that Windows Live Gallery should be the replacement, I have, but it doesn't have many of the features that PI9, including resizing of the image.

  When I try to remove MSN mail using the control panel "Assistant" tells me that I am not connected to the internet.  I am.  Is there a special method to remove MSN mail?

  I called and got hold of MSN Premium Partner Support today and they advised that the solution is to remove "Post Platform" for the registry key below:

  The registry path:
  open up the registry editor
  try going to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User CurrentVersion Platform\.

• Windows Mail - Cannot open or save all documents

  By using our home PC Windows Vista Home Premium Version 6.0 SP 2 we cannot open documents?  What look a courier who had double clicking has no effect, right-click and open doesn't do nothing, also using Save As results in the "command failed" no matter where we save.  Even when we create a document wordpad as a test and send us the same problem is met.

  Any help would be appreciated and we are spinning our wheels.  We have more than 200 free concerts.

• Suddenly cannot open our messages in Hotmail

  All of a sudden, we cannot open our emails in Hotmail.  We have msn.com email addresses and access our Hotmail Inbox, but when you click on a message he never opens.  It is not yet trying to load.  If you click on a message from the home page, it will open to the screen of your messages with the folders on the left and the headings at the top, but the part of the screen where the message should be is empty.  This happens only on my laptop with Windows Vista and has worked successfully for months until this week.  Any ideas on what could be the problem?

• Windows Live and MSN Premium keep time

  I have Vista and the past few days my Windows Live email continued delay in the middle of the use of the program.  My MSN premium account no longer opens my email and recently stopped because he says that he does not.  There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, and this problem seems to exist on all my computers on the same network.

• TWAIN with Officejet 6700 problem - cannot open TWAIN device default

  I'm having a problem with my online banking application to open default device TWAIN (Officejet 6700 Premium) to allow a check I want to file online scan. The application installs an add-on Internet Explorer called EZTwainX by Dosadi (version 1.64b7). However, when I click on the scan button to scan the front of the cheque, I get a message "Cannot open default peripheral TWAIN".  Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

  My computer is a Dell 530 running Windows 7 64 - bit OS (recently installed).

  Internet Explorer 11 (version 11.0.9600.17041). I guess IE is 32-bit position where he doesn't explicitly say 64-bit in Help - about Internet Explorer.

  HP Officejet 6700 Premium also recently installed in Win7 64-bit environment.

  Note: Before the recent installs above I not had this problem on Windows XP SP3 using the HP Photosmart C7280 AIO printer.

  I am able to scan documents or photos using the HP software.

  And I checked control panel - uninstall. Bandoo neither Movie toolbar are installed.

  On a hunch, I decided to download Java again. He said that I had already installed the latest version but I re-installed anywaye I did it, I am now able to file online using the TWAIN of Java Applet. My TWAIN problem seems to be solved with the resettlement of Java SE Runtime Environment 7 update 55 (32 bit).

  Where did you download the theme? Have you downloaded it from the Gallery of official themes for Windows 7?

  Have you tried to download it again and see if it works?

  Please note that themes work only in Windows 7 Home Premium, professional, Enterprise and ultimate edition.

  Themes are not supported in Windows 7 Starter or Home Basic editions.

  These files are likely to senders using Outlook and format RTF owner of the bureau, which is unable to interpret other e-mail clients.  You must either install Outlook, or even to tell shippers to use plain text or HTML format messages, but not those in the RTF format as all attachments and such parts are not readable by other beneficiaries who do not have Outlook.
