Cannot open or uninstall Office creative cloud because it does not

MacBook Pro 2011, OSX 10.10.1 I downloaded Creative Cloud desktop a few hours there to start using my new CC account.  The application of office hung up when trying to create the list of applications CC (as reported in other discussions).  I tried to restart, but it's still on upward.  He wouldn't leave (resignations grayed out options and no effect of choice leaving the dock.)  I tried "intelligently" uninstall... simply deleted the icon for the Office of the CC of the menu bar, which then reported that it was "impossible to leave the Office CC; leave the CC Office and try again. "Trying to open the CC Office since the product finder the interesting message that the Office CC 'cannot be opened because it does not. "I can't reinstall, uninstall, open or leave... just keeping it hidden CC Office Caryl far in the background, making the very hot MBP.  Any ideas?    -Jose

Thank you.  Unfortunately, none of these solutions worked for me - but this fact:

After force - leaving the CCdesktop app and re-install, I found the same problem with the CC cleaning tool - it was hidden in the background and do not quit smoking.  A normal - stop force taken care of him, allowing me to reboot and recheck the office.  Yet the rotation of wheel of progress...

Another thread referred to people Adobe help the computer screen sharing and deleting the old files in previous Creative Suite installs.  So I looked through my Application Support folders and found old things related to CS4 and CS5.  I deleted them, rebooted, and apps appeared quite happily in the CC Office.

I am now in the business.
