Cannot open or uninstall Office creative cloud because it does not
MacBook Pro 2011, OSX 10.10.1 I downloaded Creative Cloud desktop a few hours there to start using my new CC account. The application of office hung up when trying to create the list of applications CC (as reported in other discussions). I tried to restart, but it's still on upward. Please follow the steps mentioned below to delete previous files of the creative cloud and then try to reinstall it.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- Download creative-cloud

- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Go to \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\
And C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

- Find and delete the files AAMUpdate and OOBE
- 5 re - download creative-cloud

Creative cloud cleaning tool does not open
I've updated my OS X to El Capitan, and my creative application of cloud Manager does not load one of my Apps (either to install or uninstall). I only get the current blue bars. I read through many forums on this subject now and most seem to say that it is related to a conflict with older versions of Adobe apps on my system, so I tried to wipe by downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/KB/CC-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
But, for some reason I can't open this application. The dmg seems to go, but the program itself does not open. She bounces on my dock for a bit, then finally presents itself as "not responding".

1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)

I just updated my Mac OS to Yosemite. Now, Creative Cloud Desktop App does not launch and InDesign CC 2014 (10.1.0.71) crashes trying to find the Roman.txt file, I have replaced it with a copy of the TimeMachine when he worked in the Mavericks.

Well, I found a solution. As far as I know, the cc itself application needs to update, but since it is empty, you don't see that she put needs to update. So I did this:
1. close all adobe programs
2. open taskmanager
3. Select processes tab and end all adobe processes (including the creative cloud)
4 (windows key + R) to open the immediate window.
5. type %LocalAppData% and press OK
6. go to ADOBE > OOBE
7. Select and delete the file "opm" (in fact, I believe, he says opm.db)
8 open again cloud creative app
9. you should now be able to log in and update.

If you zoom in to 100% you see no change when you use the blur tool?
What are the dimensions of the image in pixels?

If im using windows 8 and I wanted to get adobe flash professional so I did. downloading the game in upwards and installed fine but now when I try and open the creative cloud, that nothing comes. I tried it troubleshooting because I have no idea what to do and nothing helps, I also tried to reinstall but now it is stuck at 5% and then closes right down. I then delete the whole to the top and re download and installs fine, but then the custom of real application opens anything like the first time. After removing Adobe Creative Cloud applications, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.
