  As a suggestion, I would UNINSTALL the McAfee software at the same time. Things are unnecessary and cause problems on many systems.

  If you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store on your Apple TV, take a look at the troubleshooting steps below:

  From the Start Page, type in the Panel. In the left pane, click Control Panel to open.
  Click default programs. Then click "associate a file type or Protocol with a specific program.

  You see a list of file type, .appref-ms? I stated it in my Windows 8. The description is the ClickOnce Application. The default to open this type of file is a click once Application Deployment Support Library.

  I have a problem with my macbook air mid 2013 girls, run OSX El Capitan version 10.22.5.

  When you try to connect to the app store or photos or iBooks, photo booth, I get the following message on each of them - "app store close unexpectedly", "iBooks quit unexpectedly", etc. - what happens on other applications as well and will not let me open I have an endless loop of this message. I tried to figure it out using various forums etc, but can't seem to find a solution - can anyone help?

  Please test after taking each of the steps that you have not already tried it. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.

  Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

  The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

  After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode).

  Step 6

  If possible, connect to a different network and test.
