  It is unusual for an unzip program IS built into Vista. But if it's really working then download winrar (www.winrar.com) and unpack it with this program. You have to work, otherwise the file is damaged and needs to be re-uploaded.

  Whenever I try to make a new folder it tells me to make a zipped compressed folder and I don't know how to stop it. He began doing this a few days ago and I did not install anything. I would go back to the default value for new records instead of zipped compressed folders.

  Method 1.
  Let us first to save the video and then try to play. Once the file is saved, right click on the file and choose Open with and select one of the video players installed to open it.

  Method 2.
  Delete temporary files, and then check.
  Here's how:
  a. click on start, then run.
  (b) in the text box in the window run, type %temp% , and then click OK.  A folder full of files and other folders will appear. Delete all files in the temporary folder and then try to upload the video again and check.
  All the folders and files that you see in this Temp folder are no longer used by Windows XP and can be deleted safely.

  Uninstall (use uninstaller in applications > PSE 9) and reinstall. If you have any type of antivirus software, disable it for installation. Not a bad idea to create a new admin user (System Preferences > accounts) and log in there for the installation. (If all goes well, you can delete the new account later).

  You need a version of Camera Raw of 9.0 or higher and Photoshop elements 12 will not manage that. You need to get the free DNG Converter, convert your DNG files, before you can open the items.
