cannot pair mobile mouse wireless Microsoft 6000 with a Toshiba bluetooth usb adapter

I have a toshiba bluetooth usb adapter, which is supposed to be able to connect with up to 7 bluetooth devices, but I can't seem to do recognize/find my Microsoft 6000 wireless mobile mouse.  is it because the mouse has its own transceiver or I do something wrong to link to the top.  any help?

Yes, the mouse has its own transceiver and is not a bluetooth mouse

  • Questions KB and mouse wireless Microsoft with Win 7 64 bit

    Hello

There could be other messages like mine, but I find it here, with exactly the same problem.

I have a problem with my new Setup: Windows 7 64 bit and a Microsft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3 and MS Wireless Mouse 6000 v2 (he came as a set).

Now it works perfectly with my Windows XP system. I have now on a new computer, Win 7 64 bit. The mouse and the keyboard are now 'Skip', where they seem to ignore the entry for a second or two from time to time. As a first step, I let Windows 7 load its own drivers for these. After the mouse wheel input strange (no scroll bar on an active window would scroll to the bottom with no way to stop it) I downloaded the Intellipoint for the KB and mouse drivers and disabled the intellipoint Control Panel scroll wheel.

I have changed the batteries, moved the receiver to different USB ports, but nothing helped. I have antivirus running. Wi - Fi KB and mouse works fine on this same machine, in the same USB ports.

    I would appreciate any input.

    Thank you

    Hi gamma,

    Thank you for your message.

What is your make and model of computer?

What are the sounds like interference might be the issue.

Other wireless devices and certain appliances can interfere with wireless KB/mouse.

Is there a wireless router near the receiver for the KB/mouse? This also will cause a microwave oven.

Even if the mouse is located in front of a computer and the receiver is at the back of the computer.
interference of the metal casing of the PC can connect properly.

In order to better clarify, if you move the mouse backward through the office (left to right continuously for a minute) is the stop of pointer or freeze at any time?

If so, I suggest to perform a clean boot to see if a startup program may conflict with the resources of mouse/KB:

  • Mobile Mouse 4000 stopped working with USB 2.0 port, works with 3.0 port.

I just bought the Mobile Mouse 4000, eventually find the necessary drivers, installed, but still does not work, after plugging in all my USB ports so I decided to plug in on my single USB 3.0 port, it works. Nowhere on the site, or on the box does say USB 3.0 required, I went through my device manager and all the usb ports work correctly, even, I went in the power options and turned off the selective USB power option so that they are all on. How to work with normal 2.0 because I would like to save the port 3.0 for my WD external hard drive.

Original title: is the Mobile Mouse 4000 only USB 3.0?

    Hello

    1. What is the brand and model of your computer?

    2. are you able to work with other USB 2.0 devices normal port?

    3. what happens when you try to plug the USB key?

    4. What is the operating system installed on the computer?

I suggest you to connect the mouse to another computer and check with the question.

Method 1: Run the Fixit described in the article:

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/en-us

    Method 2:

As all devices have same also have USB device associated drivers. Appropriate sometimes drivers not detected after initial installation so reinstalling the drivers can fix the problems.

You can check after uninstalling and reinstalling USB drivers if you are able to connect. You can disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

    1. click on Startand then click Control Panel.

    2. click on system and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.

Note If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

3 in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right click on the controller host, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".

Check that if at all, there is an exclamation point on the pilot, it suggests problems with the installed driver.

    4. Repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.

Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will automatically reinstall all USB controllers.

If you are still having the same problem then you can check the device USB drivers updated using windows update.

Hello, I'm having a problem with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I got a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After the upgrade to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the list of devices. But, when I turn on my mouse, the system battery bluetooth bar turns green as when the device is connected, but it does not work and the device is still not listed. You can also do this via command line.
Just run the following command as an administrator:

In addition, remove the batteries from the mouse for several seconds.

Right click on the Bluetooth system tray icon > Options... > Security > view paired devices
Remove your entry for the mouse device when it exists.

Just on the phone talking to a Gordon in your extra parts department. I see all kinds of technical information of MS (KB326241) about this problem of overheating and how to get the mouse or the replaced transmitter/receiver. However, Gordon watched being only a question of warranty and MS would replace the transceiver overheating device after that I sent it to MS for the analysis. I don't mind send it back to MS for the analysis, but I was told that I have to pay shipping and special delivery to replace the follow-up costs.

  • Cannot print from the site Microsoft Learning with my Kodak all-in-One printer

Yes, I use an all in one Kodak printer that seems to work correctly.  However, while I am online on the Microsoft Learning site and try printing the glossary of words in the definitions, it seems that the learning site does not allow me to print the glossary.  The notes I take can be printed as well as other parts of training modules.  In addition, there is another issue that may or may not be related to the printing problem.  When the printer is turned on and I get ready to print a small icon in the lower right corner of the screen tells to disconnect me the USB device safely.  Also, I followed the instructions and disconnect the printer, but warnings continue to appear every time I have to restart the printer.  Thanks for any input into my problem.  Stephen

    Hello

    · What happens when you try to print?

    · It affects all print jobs, or is the concern from Internet Explorer?

    · Were there any changes made on the computer before the show?

  • LabVIEW: No communication with the RAD-2 USB adapter table.

    Hello

I try to use a DL2 - N adapter USB to I2C/SPI/GPIO Dinah (https://diolan.com/dln2). This constructor provides drivers for the Council as an example Labview vis I want to just use them to access all interfaces through Labview. After that, I design a test configuration for our latest range of products using this adapter card.

    What I did:

    (1) new installation of Labview 2014 (version evaluaton). System: DELL Precision M6800 (i7), Windows 7 Professional SP1.

    (2) install the drivers OR VISA and NOR-488. 2 (14.0).

    (3) install the drivers from manufacturer as explained on the Web site of NOR.

    (4) run Labview.  I can see instrument pilot screws under the range of function and run the example screws so far, ok (I guess)

    (5) run NI MAX. No listed USB port. Only COM1 and LPT1 (printer port).

    (6) I ran a few windows test applications provided by the manufacturer to access all the NXP microcontroller interfaces in the DLN2. Everything works. I can read the analog/digital, power digital input values and use the SPI and I2C (I see the SPI/I2C frame Sin a scope).

I spent a day through the various links in the Web site of NOR (have watcheing almost every video demo on the site) and are still not able to guess why Labview can not see my USB device.

    Any clue?

    Kind regards

    Jose

    Hello

Problem solved. After contacting with Dinah (the manufacturer of the adapter card) they updated the driver library. Now the USB communication and all peripheral work of the microcontroller. I have a UART, SPI/I2C (master and slave), GPIO 48 and 8 inputs analog (10 bits to 1 MHz). All accessible via USB and for less than $ 200 USD (that's way less the HW OR equivalent).

With Labview, it can be used without any problem. Not a Council weird at all, if you know something about the material.

    Bravo for Dinah!

    Hello

To do any hardware with Windows, you must install the drivers from the manufacturer for this particular material.

HP tips for the installation of the printer etc., is to install the software drivers first, and then connect the printer.

But the Support drivers HP for your series machine seems to stop to XP:
