  @kuihkosoi so it works very well via Wi - Fi. I suggest you check your APN, there is no Port/Proxy that causes this behavior. You can find it via the settings > more... > mobile networks > access point name > type your internet APN and delete/Port of the Proxy if they are defined.

  @pardzrose have you tried to read a video via the Wi - Fi connection to see if it works? You can also try my suggestion above.

  I think the error messages says that everything you need to know:
  You can not read the file because:

  -Is the file may be in use
  -you won't have access to the computer where the file is stored
  -your proxy settings are may not be not correct

  The proxy settings must be defined on use web browser proxy settings, you can find the setting when you open the WMP and tab marks the Protocol HTTP and meadows configure network.

  You can find the URL of the thumbnail by following these steps:
  In the context menu, choose {inspect element}.
  Now, you can see the URL in the source down (perhaps you click the small arrow to the left of the line of seledted firstly to show).

  It seems that some of your plugins (Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102) might be buggy or obsolete. To check for updates, please visit the plugincheck page. If this does not resolve the problem, try to start Firefox with the disabled modules and see if it helps at all. If so, delete the Shockwave Flash plugin and maybe reinstall or uninstall Firefox and do a new clean install.

  M4A is not a compatible format. The simple solution
  is to convert .m4a files in .wma format and
  then import into Movie Maker.

  I tried to download a video from windows to facebook developer, but it gives an error message saying this is a bad image of facebook.  But I can't save it as anything other than a wmlp.  If I click on the facebook link in windows movie maker, it says that it cannot connect to facebook...

  1. using Windows Movie Maker in Windows Live Movie Maker?

  2 when was the last time you were able to download the videos?

  3 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?

  . WLMP files aren't really movies, this is why you cannot view it with something else. A .wlmp is a film project file, it is essentially the "recipe" to create the final product.

  I would also like to inform you that Facebook accept only certain types of file formats.

  You just need a step more in Movie Maker, you must publish the movie, which will create the AVI or WMV file or whatever the format you choose. Then, you can download the files. Try it and tell us if it helps.

• When I play videos from VIMEO, all I get is the image and no sound. They work fine on IE, but suddenly won't be on Firefox. With the help of Windows 8.1.

  Try resetting Safari. Close Safari completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the preview pane of Safari until it disappears from the display. Then go to settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
