  2 problems:

  (1) I use Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail, and a printer Samsung: recently, I have been unable to print emails.  I had to copy the e-mail message, and then paste it into a Word file and then print the Word file.

  (2) when I try to print a web page, nothing prints, and I get the error message: "there was an internal error and Internet Explorer is unable to print the document" I can't see the web page when I select print preview mode, but it will not be printed.

  After following your instructions, I always had the same problem - could not print, e-mail and pages of the site.  Then I started thinking that maybe there was a problem with my printer (Samsung ML 2950 series).  So I uninstalled my printer driver and then reinstalled with updates from the Samsung.  Now I can print emails and web pages.  Once I knew that the problem was not due to Windows Live, the next step was to focus on the software of the printer.  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

  The mobile app ePrint is used to be able to print in places public printer, not on your own personal printer. I know this can be confusing because of the name of the application, but the easiest way to print from a blackberry via the email address of the printer. What I recommend is that you configure email address as a contact printer that will allow you to access easily when you need to print.

  I have windows 8 and am on mail merge to create a file from a table of data in excel. It worked on my previous PC which was Windows Vista. All I get is an error message that says "you must connect to microsoft exchange to access your address book, unknown error."

  You cannot use the mail limited merger app. Go to the office to use the Word mail merge.

  I use Yahoo mail and until I got a new laptop with Vista, I can print is no longer e-mails directly. I have to copy and paste the body of the email to a Word document. It's really annoying and tedious to say the least! What happens is the following; When I click on the printer icon, the body of emails appears in a smaller window. I then click to print and my printer info appears, I click it to print. Then another window appears telling me that an unspecified error has occurred. Once this has happened, I'm unable to close all open windows.

  I have a Dell Inspiron 1720, Intel core 2 Duo T5450, 1.66 GHz, 2 M L2 Cache 667 Mhz [I don't know if this is the info you need.
  Also recently, I got 4 GB of memory installed. The problem with the inability to print from my Inbox email that happened long before I added the new memory cards.

  I have no problem printing when I open my emails on my husbands computer [he does'nt have Vista]

  Thanks for posting on the Community Forums of Microsoft Vista.

  You use Internet Explorer to print your e-mail address or use a different browser?

  If you are using Internet explorer. try to run Internet Explorer in administrator mode and check if you are able to print.

  To run Internet Explorer as an administrator, do the following:

  1. click on start.
  2. click on all programs.
  3. right click on Internet explore and click Run as administrator.

  Also try to disable the protected mode and check if you are able to print from the Internet Explore.

  To disable the function Protected mode follow the steps below:

  1. open Internet Explorer 7.
  2. in Internet Explorer 7 command bar, click on tools, then Internet Options.
  3. in the Internet Options window, click the Security tab.
  4. below for the security level for this zone area, and directly above to customize the level and default level buttons, clear the Enable Protected Mode check box.
  Note: Disable protected Mode requires a restart of Internet Explorer 7, as you could see next to the check box in this step.
  5. click OK in the Internet Options window.
  6. If you are prompted with a warning! the dialog box informing that the current security settings put your computer at risk, click the OK button.
  7. close Internet Explorer 7 and then open it again to the top.
  8. repeat to visit web sites that caused your problems see if resetting the security settings Internet Explorer 7 on your computer helped.

  Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. Before you start the troubleshooting steps a few quick questions:

  1. are you unable to print any email or a particular message?

  2 are you able to print from other office applications and also from application windows such as WordPad, Notepad or Internet Explorer?

  3. what happens when you try to print? You receive error message nay?

  4. print preview appears fine?

  Change the printer and then try to print and check:

  Click on the file<>Print< under="">name ofthe printer change the OneNote or XPS document writer printer and check if it prints correctly.

  Note: If you are able to print from OneNote or XPS, then contact the manufacturer of your printer to update printer drivers.

  OSX El Cspitan 10.11.6. I recently went to print an email and there is no picture on the page that I feel. Press on print, but it did not print. Tried pourenregistrer in PDF format. Folder was empty. Went to the page I had myself sent in safari and tried to print from Safari, same result no image and no printing.

  I have a 6500 canon printer installed on my mac.  It is fully recognized and I can print of all programs, including Adobe Photoshop CC.  However, I can't print from Lightroom CC.   How is it gray? Do you mean the button "print"? Who gets grayed if you have selected right JPEG file under the print job in the Panel on the right. Make sure that who is set to "printer". You should be able to print on any printer that you have installed in the operating system. To get the best color, you may have to play with the settings and profiles, but avoid any problem printing to any printer that the OS can see.
