  This problem could occur due to incorrect printer settings or driver corrupt.

  Method 1:
  I suggest you to remove and reinstall the printer. Check if it helps.

  a. in the charms bar, select settings.

  b. Select change PC settings.

  c. Select devices.

  d. Select the printerand select the icon to remove the printer.

  f. Select Add a device to reinstall the printer.

  Method 2:
  If the problem persists, I suggest you to download and install the latest printer driver on the manufacturer's Web site. Check if it helps.

  Probably caused by a Bug in Firefox, which is supposed to be fixed in versions of Firefox 4.0. Until Firefox 4 is out, my suggestion is to use the preview before printing and if the preview is empty use Safari to print this page. This extension will allow you to click right into Firefox and open the same page in Safari, so you don't have to copy' only paste the URL.

I often reset the printer "EVERY TIME" I want to use. I also tried to turn off my laptop and printer several times before printing. If I'm lucky, it will work maybe for one or two prints. If no luck then I have to reset everything again. Sometimes I reset the printer, the printer is not displayed on my selection.

  Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I understand you want to be able to use your HP LaserJet Pro colour M225 while she receives a fax.

  There is no setting or feature that you are missing. When a Fax is coming through, you cannot use the other features of the LaserJet printer.

  Even if you print a document, you would be unable to receive a fax or make a copy.

  One alternative may be scanning and sending larger documents then the LJ is not supported by a function for so long.

  Have an Epson SX515W printer and would like to help to make it work properly. The printer was working fine until recently I've had uninstall it and when I tried to reinstall I can operate by using a usb cable, but it refuses to work by wireless. Can you please help.   Thank you for your message.  To clarify, you are able to print out your design program?  You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program.  A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality.  If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3.  Click HERE for instructions to boot.

  I had my Officejet Pro 8600 about six months.  Recently, I had the same problem.  It continues to print from my Windows computers but not the Mac.   Labour goes into the impression that it is place on a wedge.  I tried many fixes, including the removal of the printer and reinstall.  Usually removing and reinstalling it will fix for a while, but now, even that does not work.  In my view, that the permanent solution is to buy another printer.
