  • cannot print the document from Windows Mail, get a script error

When I try to print an electronic document of Windows Mail, I get the following error message:

-An error has occurred in the script on this page

    -Line: 2115

    -Char: 1

-Error: unexpected call to method or property access

    -Code: 0

    -url://ieframe.dll/preview.js

    Hello

    1. are you able to print other documents?

2 have had any changes made to your computer before this problem?

Try the reinstatement of OLE controls to correct the above error.

Method 1: register the OLE control
    To do:
    1. click Start and type regsvr32 ole32.dll in the search field.
    2. press enter.

Check if this helps you to print from Windows Live Mail. This usually solves the problem. If you are still having the same problem, follow the remaining steps.

Method 2: disable the script debugger

    1. in the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    2. on the Advanced tab , click on to clear display of each box script error notification, and then click OK.

Method 3: Verify that Active Scripting, ActiveX, and Java are not blocked by Internet Explorer

Active scripting, ActiveX, and Java are all involved in shaping the way information displays on a Web page. If they are blocked on your computer, it can disrupt the display of the Web page. Reset the Internet Explorer security settings to ensure that they are not blocked. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. start Internet Explorer.
    2. on the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.
    3. in the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
    4. click on default.
    5. click on OK.

Note: ActiveX controls and Java programs are disabled in the high security level in Internet Explorer.

Try to open a Web page where you previously received a script error. If you do not receive the error, the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, go to method 4.

Method 4: remove all temporary files related to Internet

    1. start Internet Explorer.
    2. in the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    3. click on the general tab.
    4. under browsing history, click deleteand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    5. in the dialog box delete browsing history , under Temporary Internet files, click delete filesand when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    6. under Cookies, click delete Cookies, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    7. under history, click delete history, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
    8. click on closeand then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

If all goes well, you should be able to print now.

  • Cannot print a document

    Original title: unable to print

Computer can recognize the printer, but it also recognizes as being turned off when it is on. I have 2 other computers and you can print from them.

    Hello

    1. What is the nature of the connection between your computer and your printer (Wired/Wireless)?

2 did you hardware/software changes to your computer before the show?

    3. What is the exact error that you receive when trying to print a document?

    4. Let us know the number of brand and model of your printer?

    Method 1:

Start the computer in clean boot in order to check whether a third-party program is causing the problem. Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. The article below describes how to solve problems in Windows 7 by performing a clean boot. This article also describes how to start the Windows Installer service and how to reset the computer so that it starts as usual. To configure your computer to clean boot see the following link.

  • HP6500A more: HP 6500 a Plus - cannot print/scanning

I tried to follow all the instructions posted already and still can't print wireless. I recently updated my internet (Uverse). I went through the process of installing the printer. I downloaded the latest version of the driver. When I try to add the printer, it appears to select. Please notify.

    Hi @NJrK,

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

I understand that you have a HP Officejet 6500 a Plus e-All-in-One that you are trying to connect wirelessly to your computer Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite, but the printer is not displayed and therefore can be added. I would like to help with that.

You mentioned that you have recently updated the update your internet and you joined the printer to your network.

If you have a double router broadband, make sure it is on the 2.4 GHz band. If your router is set to the 5 GHz band, the printer cannot connect to the network. If your router has a framework joint, using the two bands, that would work too.

Make sure the router supports "Hello." Hello is what Apple calls its wireless printer Protocol. It may be a setting, (ISP) Internet service provider may have to activate.

Here is a document that you can use that can help you with this problem - printer not found during Network Driver Setup (OS X).

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

In fact, if it helps you to find a solution, please click on the 'accept as Solution' and the 'thumbs up' buttons down below in this message.

    Thank you!

  • Cannot print any document of the iMAC

The only file type that allows to print's email (Gmail account).  When you try to print any type of document from MS Office, PDF, or HTML, the page file is empty.  I restarted my iMac (el Capitan OS) and my printer (Epson XP-400) without change.  Problem just started today (12-16 August).

Try to reset the printing system by following the instructions to solve problems of printer on your Mac - Apple Support and then reinstall the printer and repeat the test. You can restart in Mode safe after resetting, it deletes some caches.

  • Cannot print multiple documents

I used to be able to simply select the documents (in this case, MS Word documents) I tried to print, right, click select print and I was. I can't tell you how frustrating it is for this simple and intuitive method to fix a very simple and common to stop working.

I have tried various other solutions without success. I tried to open Word, click on file-> Open, you select the files I want to print, then clicking on tools bottom right of the window and print from there, I found suggestions to do online, but there is no print option. The only option was to mount the network drive. I also tried dragging the files in the print queue of the printer. It seemed to work at first, but unfortunately, it seems that it print only two documents at the same time and he gives a ton of errors. Finally, I realized that what he's trying to do is print, quit word, open another instance of word with the following document, and repeat until there is no more documents to print. The problem is that he can't leave his job as a dialog box is open, that is the error I get. He's trying to quit smoking until the "Print" dialog box has the time to go away.

It is measured restrictive extraordinary now to help trigger a string of curses on what Microsoft (do they even bother to test their products?). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So you say that the menu click rt (in Explorer) doesn't have a print option? - or no longer has a print option?
