  I came across your post where you are unable to print from the iPad after iOS update. I would like to help.

  Please refer to this article http://hp.care/2bSjSnW , he explains how to use AirPrint and also troubleshooting steps to solve the problems with it.

  Recommend that you remove the printer from the iPad, and then reconnect the printer on the iPad. (Display settings and select Wi - Fi, if the printer is listed, click on the i on the right side of the printer that there are listed and select forget this network/printer.) And reconnect the printer)

  Restart the router, printer, and iPad. I'm sure you could have already tried this.

  Also, look for the printer firmware updates (if applicable, on www.hp.com/drivers) and also check if there are other updates released by Apple via iTunes.

  Remove the HP all-in - One Printer remote app on the iPad and reinstall it.

  Well after I asked a few friends with iPhones and Android devices to print over the Internet using the application, I noticed that everyone could.

  So, initially, I reset the printer to the factory setting and reconfigured it. It has resolved all the issues I've had both with built in the application to manage as well as my phone. Now I can normally use the HP ePrint app on the internet and printing.

  As a side note, I downloaded an update of the firmware to the printer and most probably caused problems, but, as says the resolved all factory reset.

• Cannot print from the server to the client printer.

  I'm not able to find my shared printer when I connect to a server. The customer has windows 7 & the server has windows server 2003 service pack 2. Also, there are about 5 other talk PC to the server & their names do not appear in the task force but me. The server is located outside my city & sound remotely connected by VPN & desktop connection. I tried to ensure that my printer is shared in almost all settings, but could not solve the problem. Note: I'm skeptical on why my pc name does not appear in the task force on the server, because I am able to ping from the client to the server, but not from the server to the client by using the command Promt.

  It is a new problem with Windows 7.  Last night I went to print a number of photos (.jpg) for a school project.  Windows Photo Gallery would not print the .jpg files.  I also could not print the library .jpg files either.  Through libraries, I am able to print PDF documents and text; just not the .jpg files.  I did not have this problem before yesterday. (25 sept., 2012).  I tried to uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall them nothing will do.  That is what it is?

Get the error message and when I cancel the document and present it again I have to keep getting an error message.  I ran the utility troubleshooting printer but that did not help.   I had the problem and I think I solved it with my HP wireless printer.  I have Windows 8.1, I went to Internet explore and click Tools.  Near the bottom I found 2.1 HP Smart printing so I clicked on that and installed a HP add on.  Now in windows live mail if I want to print the page, I simply do a Cntrl P and a window opens that allows me to choose the printer that I want and the number of copies, pages (all numbers or) etc.
